Buscamos
El trabajo de Mozo/a de almacén se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:
- Gestiona el flujo de mercancías: recibe, descarga, clasifica y almacena alimentos, bebidas y suministros.
- Controlar el stock, preparar los pedidos internos, mantener el orden y garantizar la rotación de productos.
- Se mantiene una comunicación efectiva, eficaz y de respeto con todos los departamentos en relación con los asuntos que puedan afectar de alguna manera a la operativa del hotel.
- Recepción y Carga/Descarga: Descargar mercancía de proveedores, verificar albaranes y controlar la calidad y cantidad.
- Almacenamiento y Organización: Ubicar productos en economato, neveras o almacenes secos, siguiendo normativas de seguridad e higiene (APPCC).
- Gestión de Stock y Pedidos: Reponer artículos, controlar fechas de caducidad (FIFO) y realizar inventarios periódicos.
- Distribución Interna: Preparar y repartir suministros a los diferentes departamentos del hotel (cocina, restaurante, pisos).
- Mantenimiento: Mantener el área de almacén limpia y ordenada.
- Facilidades operativas en el día a día como transporte al hotel, facilidades de alojamiento, comidas en el turno de trabajo, lavado de uniformes…

The job of Store clerk is successfully executed when:
- Manage the flow of goods: receive, unload, sort and store food, drinks and supplies. Monitor stock levels, prepare internal orders, maintain order and ensure product rotation.
- Maintain effective, efficient and respectful communication with all departments regarding matters that may in any way affect the hotel’s operations.
- Reception and Loading/Unloading: Unload goods from suppliers, check delivery notes and verify quality and quantity.
- Storage and Organisation: Store products in the staff canteen, refrigerators or dry storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations (HACCP). Stock and Order Management: Restock items, monitor expiry dates (FIFO) and carry out regular stock-takes.
- Internal Distribution: Prepare and distribute supplies to the various departments of the hotel (kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping).
- Maintenance: Keep the storeroom area clean and tidy.
- Day-to-day operational facilities such as transport to the hotel, accommodation facilities, meals on shift, washing of uniforms...

La Persona Que Buscamos Debe Tener Las Siguientes Cualidades
- Carné de conducir B.
- Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
- Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.
- Car Driving License B.
- Openminded, EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position is a must.
- Focused on serve and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic. Speak English or Spanish.
