Abode is a boutique luxury real estate firm headquartered in Grosvenor House, Dubai Marina. We operate at the highest end of the Dubai market, representing UHNW clients, private offices, and global investors.


In 2025, Abode expanded into Mallorca with a dedicated presence inside the St. Regis Mardavall, creating a cross-market advisory hub linking the luxury property markets of Dubai and the Balearics.


We are now hiring a high-calibre Relationship Director to lead our Mallorca presence and elevate Abode’s brand within one of Europe’s most affluent ecosystems.



The Role: Luxury Relationship Director (Mallorca)


This is a relationship-driven, prestige-level position centred on influence, presence, and UHNW engagement. It is not a traditional real estate agent role.


You will be the face of Abode in Mallorca, based at the St. Regis Mardavall, and moving confidently within the island’s luxury circles: yachting, private aviation, five-star hospitality, arts, culture, golf, and high-end lifestyle networks.


Your focus is to build deep relationships, recognise commercial opportunity instinctively, and act as a trusted advisor to clients exploring property investments across Mallorca and Dubai.



Key Responsibilities


Relationship Development & UHNW Engagement

• Represent Abode across Mallorca’s luxury ecosystem

• Build long-term relationships with UHNW individuals and key partners

• Attend and represent the brand at social, cultural and lifestyle events

• Cultivate prospective buyers for Mallorca and Dubai

• Handle all enquiries with discretion and precision


Business Development & Brand Positioning

• Strengthen Abode’s presence at the St. Regis Mardavall

• Develop partnerships across marinas, golf clubs, private aviation, luxury hospitality and high-end retail

• Position Abode strategically within elite environments

• Organise invite-only events, private dinners and investment briefings

• Serve as the bridge between Mallorca-based clients and Dubai HQ


Cross-Market Advisory

• Advise UHNW clients on Mallorca and Dubai opportunities

• Coordinate viewings, investment trips and tailored client itineraries

• Work closely with Dubai teams (marketing, CRM, sales progression)

• Ensure all client interactions are professionally managed and recorded
