Position:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Integration Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As Customer Integration Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and the successful introduction of new products. You will serve as the key operational link between our internal teams and external partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver a smooth and efficient integration process.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating the setup of new customers across departments
  • Overseeing the setup of new products for both new and existing customers.
  • Leading weekly calls and email updates with customers to communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Managing project timelines using Smartsheet and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, acting as main point of contact across departments.
  • Ensuring timely creation and updates of all relevant documents.
  • Handling PO management and import permit coordination.
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities across departments.

Requirements:

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will be organised, collaborative, and thrive in a dynamic environment where communication and execution are critical to success.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate potential roadblocks and take initiative to resolve them.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a project coordination, supply chain, or customer operations role, including multiple stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and leading customer-facing meetings or project updates
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Although not essential, it would be beneficial to have:

  • Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceutical, life sciences, or cannabis.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Familiarity with documentation processes
  • Previous experience coordinating international shipments and managing import/export documentation.
  • Project Management certification

Multilingual skills are an advantage, especially in languages relevant to our international operations.
