This is a full time role based on site in Alicante.

About The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers and supporting the successful launch of new products. Acting as the operational bridge between internal departments and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration, clear communication, and timely execution.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from receipt to on-time delivery.
• Preparing, organizing, and verifying delivery documentation, including packing lists.
• Scheduling and leading regular customer calls to review needs and expectations.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining Service Agreements, Quality Technical Agreements, and Product Master Files.
• Supporting coordination of import and export permits.
• Serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitating clear communication and alignment of priorities across departments.

You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where proactive communication and attention to detail are essential. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and can manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

About The Role

Joining us as a QC Technician is the perfect opportunity to help build and shape our Quality Control department while supporting key functions across the organisation. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of our materials and products as the company continues its rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sampling of materials, including raw materials, intermediates, final products, and auxiliary materials.
• Performing instrumental analyses to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Conducting stability programs to assess product performance over time.
• Labelling approved and rejected batches in accordance with internal standards.
• Performing calibration and verification of instruments subject to internal controls.
• Supporting validation of analytical methods.
• Drafting and reviewing specifications and analysis protocols for all material categories.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on quality control equipment.
• Maintaining accurate stock records of reagents, standards, and the sample library.
  
  

About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a high-quality laboratory environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, enjoy taking initiative, and are comfortable supporting a variety of tasks as the department continues to develop.

Incorporarte como Tecnico de Control de Calidad (QC) es la oportunidad perfecta para ayudar a construir y desarrollar nuestro departamento de Control de Calidad, al mismo tiempo que apoyas funciones clave en toda la organizacion. En este rol practico, contribuiras a garantizar la calidad, fiabilidad y consistencia de nuestros materiales y productos mientras la empresa sigue creciendo rapidamente.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Muestreo de materiales, incluyendo materias primas, intermedios, productos finales y materiales auxiliares.
• Realizacion de analisis instrumentales para asegurar la calidad y cumplimiento de los productos.
• Ejecucion de programas de estabilidad para evaluar el desempeno del producto a lo largo del tiempo.
• Etiquetado de lotes aprobados y rechazados de acuerdo con los estandares internos.
• Calibracion y verificacion de instrumentos sujetos a controles internos.
• Apoyo en la validacion de metodos analiticos.
• Redaccion y revision de especificaciones y protocolos de analisis para todas las categorias de materiales.
• Realizacion de mantenimiento preventivo en los equipos de control de calidad.
• Mantenimiento de registros precisos de reactivos, estandares y biblioteca de muestras.
