We manage end-to-end educational and professional mobility projects, helping schools and organisations across Europe deliver high-quality learning, cultural exchange, and professional development experiences in Spain.Role overviewThis role blends people coordination with transport and operations logistics for Erasmus+ mobilities.
We're looking for someone who leads with empathy, pays attention to detail, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves—while maintaining a calm, structured approach.What you'll doCoordinate Erasmus+ groups in Almería: oversee daily schedules, welcome participants, accompany them during cultural and technical visits, and ensure their overall experience runs smoothly.Manage logistics: organize transfers (airports, accommodation, schools, excursions), monitor timetables, and handle unexpected changes or incidents quickly and effectively.Act as the main point of contact for European schools: keep clear communication before and during the mobility, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is collected.Supervise local teams and providers (drivers, accommodation, catering) to guarantee quality service and solve issues on the spot.Support group leaders and teachers throughout the stay, providing guidance and assistance when needed.Ensure procedures are followed and propose improvements to enhance the participant experience.Must-havesPolish C1/C2 (mandatory), plus Spanish B2+/C1 and English B2+ (spoken and written).
Experience in project/event/logistics coordination or people/operations roles with direct responsibility for service delivery.Proven problem-solving under pressure and clear, empathetic communication.Strong Excel / Google Workspace skills.Flexibility for occasional weekends/holidays or out-of-hours work linked to group movements.Nice to haveKnowledge of Erasmus+ or international mobility projects.Prior experience with transport planning/route coordination.Experience working with operational staff (hospitality, cleaning, transport).
Commercial SkillsOther European Languages.Driving Licence (B).
