Grafton is currently recruiting a Project/Account Manager based in Valladolid or Burgos to join a multinational company in the security systems services sector.

What are you going to do?

As a Project Manager you are responsible for managing customer relationships and the entire process from the moment the order is received until the project is finished. You are the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer. You are our expert in the field of placements and installations of our UFOs. You ensure that everything will be arranged as discussed with our sales manager, understand the customer’s needs and proactively advise on which product(s) suit the customer best. If necessary, you check the project sites and stay in close contact with the customer, to understand their service need. You check the availability and manage the logistic process. There is close contact with the managers on site about where the systems are located exactly, what they can expect and what needs to be communicated. You continue monitoring the project at the background for the duration of the project. In case of incidents and issues, you prepare the reports and take care of the handling.

Responsibilities:

• Commercially minded;
• You can think process-oriented and have a helicopter view by nature;
• You live in the region of Valladolid or Burgos;
• You have full English working proficiency
• You feel responsible for the entire process;
• You enjoy travelling to project sites/locations in the north of Spain;
• Travel within Spain as required, and periodically to the headquarters in Europe.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales roles or Commercial Project Management
• You have strong result driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Full English working proficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
