Luxinmo, a leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa Blanca and Ibiza, is seeking an experienced and commercially passionate Rentals Agent to join our dynamic team in our Jávea office. As a beacon in the luxury housing sector, we pride ourselves on our sophisticated portfolio and exceptional client service.

• Manage and nurture leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.


• Acquire new property listings in Jávea, Dénia, Pego and surrounding areas.


• Guide clients through the entire booking and signing process with support from our commercial and legal team.


• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Proven experience in the real estate industry.


• A strong passion for sales and the luxury market.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Fluency in Spanish and English and knowledge of a third language like French, German, Polish, Russian or Dutch. Applications that don't meet this requirement will be rejected.
