Due to continued growth and strong traction in the Spanish market, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across Spanish-speaking regions.
- Deliver against revenue targets and business objectives
- Own and accurately forecast your pipeline
- Lead sales conversations from discovery through to closing
- Build strong insights into customer needs and collaborate with product teams to refine the value proposition
- Identify market trends and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences
- Contribute to the development of sales best practices and coaching of junior colleagues
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop a high-quality pipeline across multiple channels
- Experience engaging and closing senior decision-makers
- Understanding of the Corporate L&D / training landscape in Spain
Nice to have:
- Additional European language
- Experience within EdTech or selling to HR / L&D stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
