Tu misión: pensar, diseñar y lanzar campañas que hagan que todo Madrid hable de Piko. Desde un programa de referidos hasta una idea inesperada que rompa la rutina del barrio.

Qué harás
- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas creativas
- Dar forma visual al universo Piko, asegurando coherencia entre web, redes sociales y espacios físicos.
- Diseñar materiales gráficos para redes, email, cartelería, promociones y eventos.
- Proponer ideas frescas y diferentes que nos ayuden a “conquistar el barrio” y atraer nuevos clientes.
- Colaborar con fotógrafos o videógrafos cuando sea necesario.
- Cuidar cada detalle de la identidad visual y el tono de marca, manteniendo la elegancia y calidez que nos definen.
Qué buscamos en ti
- Experiencia de 2 a 6 años en diseño, contenido o marketing creativo.
- Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite, Figma o Canva.
- Capacidad para pensar y ejecutar campañas de principio a fin.
- Gusto estético, atención al detalle y pasión por el diseño de marcas lifestyle o de bienestar.
- Mentalidad práctica: te gusta hacer, no solo planificar.
- Ideal (pero no imprescindible): conocimientos de fotografía o dirección de arte.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
This role has an international impact, since you’ll support our presence across Spain, UK and DACH markets. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Partnerships and Sales teams to execute Embat’s marketing strategy across digital channels, inbound initiatives and events.

The role:
In 3INA Makeup we are looking for a trainee to join our Amazon team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about eCommerce with a commercial mindset, eager to learn and excited to start their professional journey with a young and dynamic team.
In this role, you will assist the Marketplaces team by managing daily tasks including launching new products, optimizing listings, and setting up and running marketing campaigns. As part of the larger Digital team, you will work with internal cross-functional teams including Financial, Supply Chain, Design and Product to drive profitable growth for this channel that is aligned with overall business and e-commerce objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all the Digital Marketing and Commercial Strategy.
- Trace and optimize new and existing Listings: image assets, copy, keywords, A+ pages, cross-selling and brand store.
- Implement product launch strategy for all new products and line extensions, collaborating with Digital team to ensure alignment with e-commerce objectives and consistency with brand launch cadence.
- Follow up main commercial KPI’s and budget, to make sure we are aligned with the monthly goals.
- Market research to find new opportunities and develop action plans to improve listings and overall account health.
- Remain up to date on Amazon trends, competitor listings, and trends within marketplaces beauty space.

- An understanding and experience optimizing product detail pages.
- Tech-savvy, self-starter who is resourceful and forward-thinking.
- Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly organized.
- Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus
- Excel and PPT knowledge.
- Proficiency or Bilingual in English, and Spanish, other languages are a plus (German/French/Italian).
- Must live in Madrid, Spain
