¿QUÉ HACEMOS EN EL EQUIPO?
En el área de Implantación y Gestión de proyectos de Soluciones IoT, dentro de la dirección de Operaciones de Telefónica Tech, somos responsables de liderar y ejecutar los proyectos de forma exitosa para nuestros clientes. Nos encargamos de la planificación, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución de todas las actividades relacionadas con los proyectos.
¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Tu misión será liderar y asegurar la correcta gestión, coordinación, ejecución y entrega del proyecto a los clientes. Serás responsable de la gestión integral de los proyectos que te sean asignados.
Principales actividades:
- Gestión íntegra de todas las fases del proyecto: inicio, planificación, ejecución, seguimiento, control y cierre, según la metodología y procesos definidos por el departamento.
- Iniciación que incluye los procesos para iniciar formalmente el proyecto una vez obtenida la adjudicación: kick-off, revisión de alcance, identificación de los interesados y alineamiento del proyecto.
- Planificación que contempla los procesos para detallar el plan de proyecto definiendo todos los aspectos de alcance: tiempo de ejecución de las diferentes fases, plan de calidad, plan de comunicaciones, recursos, riesgos, adquisiciones, etc.
- Ejecución que incluye los procesos para completar las actividades conforme a lo establecido en el plan de proyecto y la gestión del cambio o riesgos no previstos.
- Monitoreo y control que incorpora los procesos para revisar el progreso y el desempeño del proyecto, identificando áreas de ajuste y estableciendo las medidas correctivas o preventivas para anticipar posibles problemas o riesgos. Realizar informes de seguimiento y comunicación continua a los interesados.
- Cierre para finalizar formalmente todas las actividades del proyecto o una de sus fases obteniendo la validación previa por parte del cliente. Realización de entregable de fin de proyecto.
- Realizar kickoff interno y con cliente. Recepcionar correctamente los proyectos asignados una vez ganados, revisando el correcto traspaso de información entre ingeniería preventa y operaciones, dentro de las herramientas corporativas.
- Gestión de compras y pedidos a proveedores.
- Gestión e interlocución con cliente, proveedores y todos los interesados del proyecto.
- Gestión del tiempo: cronograma + replanificaciones.
- Gestión de riesgos y cambios de alcance: análisis de impacto y propuestas de mitigación / resolución.
- Gestión económica del proyecto: control de costes e ingresos según las partidas presupuestarias disponibles. Controlar el cumplimiento de la rentabilidad, llevando el control y análisis de las desviaciones económicas de los proyectos a cargo. Planificación de costes y facturación por grado de avance. Gestión de expediciones, entradas de mercancías.
- Identificar, solucionar y/o escalar los problemas que surjan con relación a la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Coordinar y movilizar a las áreas implicadas en la realización y puesta en marcha de los proyectos.
- Supervisar y coordinar in-situ las instalaciones y puestas en marcha de los proyectos.
- Cumplir los procedimientos y metodologías marcadas por el departamento y por la Compañía.
- Comunicación con reporte continuo de la evolución del proyecto dentro de las herramientas corporativas para cliente interno y reporte a cliente.
- Gestión de entregables parciales y fin de proyecto.
- Garantizar el correcto traspaso de los proyectos para la prestación del servicio tras obtener el Ready for Service
Experiencia:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Project Manager gestionando proyectos en Soluciones IoT (Sistemas Audiovisuales)
- Gestión de cliente y proveedores
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares
- Gestión de varios proyectos al mismo tiempo
- Gestión económica de los proyectos
- Deseable titulación superior. Ingeniería/grado en Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Industrial o formación similar.
- Valorable: formación en gestión de proyectos
- Sistemas audiovisuales, video por IP, gestión de redes, instalaciones audiovisuales fijas.
- Conocimientos y formación en gestión de proyectos. Muy valorable tener la certificación PMP del PMI.
- Conocimientos y experiencia previa en proyectos audiovisuales (retail, corporate, teamsroom…)
- Conocimientos básicos y experiencia en CRM Salesforce, ERP Sap
- Capacidad de comunicación con cliente y proveedores
- Nivel medio/alto de inglés

Principales Funciones:
- Participación en proyectos que requieran la implementación o cambio de la Solución IT asignada.
- Coordinar las tareas necesarias para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de operaciones/clientes sobre la solución IT bajo su área de responsabilidad.
- Documentar, registrar y mantener todo el conocimiento técnico necesario para dar respuesta a las necesidades IT sobre la Solución IT bajo su área de responsabilidad.
- Responsabilidad sobre la ejecución operacional de servicios IT, asegurando la aplicación de buenas prácticas (ej: ITIL) y alineados con las guías de DP DHL (registro y documentación de la gestión).
- Detección, control y chequeo de los sistemas sobre seguridad IT, aplicando las directrices DP-DHL así como los marcos legales estatales (gestión de licencias, seguridad de acceso, LOPD, etc…). Registrando y reportando la información relevante en tiempo y forma.
- Coordinación operacional de los servicios externalizados IT así como sus proveedores (incluyendo documentaciones, SLAs y costes), registrando todo según las mejores prácticas corporativas y locales.
- Colaboración activa en la alineación con la estructura regional (proyectos, políticas, documentación, procedimientos y recomendaciones) para lograr cumplir con los objetivos de estrategia corporativa en materia IT.

- Contribuir en la consecución de los objetivos en materia de MA siguiendo las políticas y directrices marcadas por la organización .

- Work with other Engineering teams, integrating the work with other specialties into the final project solution, assuring user deadlines are met and without unexpected delays in production,
- Execute all assigned tasks, planning and delivering on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner.
- Make quality and timely decisions within the Engineering tasks under his/her responsibility
- Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues
- Propose improvements (procedures, organizational, new technologies, capex, productivity) as appropriate.
- Capture user feedback and lessons learned for future projects.
- Collaborates in internal and external audits.
