General Data:

• Type of contract: Indefinite
• Hours: 09:00h - 18:00h (40 hours/week)

• Salary Range: 25K - 29k

Key Responsibilities:

• Product management for accessories (EMEA).
• Portfolio understanding and management, being the link between sales, GBU and Supply Chain & making sure there's a healthy stock of peripherals in EMEA, including NPIs and EOLs.
• Point of contact for alliance partners.
• Order tracking & escalations from sales. Dealing with regular requests from sales to prioritize or unblock orders and provide availability details.
• Reporting: Financial Reporting for sales & management and product related (PPM) reports. Including: forecast files, Backlog, order tracking, E&O, etc.

• Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills for a fast-paced environment, with the ability to analyse, prioritize and solve problems.
• Dynamic personality and high communication level, both verbal and written skills, to be able to interact with colleagues throughout the division and company, team work spirit and collaboration.

• Passion for technology and proactivity in staying current on the latest products to market.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study, BA, Economics, Marketing or similar fields.
• Equivalent work experience will be a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office environment, specially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with other analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar would be a plus.
• Mandatory demonstrable Fluent English level.

Responsabilidades: 

• Liderar el análisis de datos de usuario y mercado para informar la estrategia de producto.
• Desarrollar y priorizar roadmaps de producto basados en análisis de datos, feedback de clientes y objetivos de negocio.
• Colaborar con equipos de marketing, comercial, diseño y IT para asegurar que las especificaciones del producto se implementen de acuerdo con la visión estratégica.
• Monitorear el rendimiento del producto post-lanzamiento y realizar ajustes basados en análisis de resultados.

Requisitos:

• 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol de gestión de productos o análisis dentro de entornos tecnológicos, con un historial demostrado de toma de decisiones basadas en datos. Valorable formación en ingeniería o similar
• Fuerte liderazgo y habilidades comunicativas, pensamiento crítico, capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo interdisciplinario, y una actitud proactiva hacia la resolución de problemas.
• Conocimiento en análisis de datos, familiaridad con metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de productos, habilidad para crear roadmaps de productos y definir métricas clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
• Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Datastudio o PowerBI. Se valorará el uso de plataformas específicas del producto como Mixpanel o Amplitude.
• Conocimientos básicos de programación (por ejemplo, Python para análisis de datos) son un plus.

Job Purpose:

We are currently searching for a Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director, to join the Hematology team to manage upcoming product launches in this Therapeutic Area. External candidates with experience in Hematology will be considered in this process. It is imperative that the individual joining the team demonstrates teamwork capability, intrinsic motivation, customer orientation, and long-term commitment to the project. Innovation and creativity in developing the marketing plan for the launch of new products are expected.

In this role, you will...

• Designing, executing, and ensuring compliance with the product marketing plan according to the company's strategic guidelines and National Plans.
• Leading the Brand team, integrating all areas/functions involved and ensuring coordination, alignment among them and managing promotional budget to maximize investment, while respecting product strategy and company guidelines.
• Analyzing product evolution, effectiveness of marketing plan actions, competition, and designing alternative strategies, tactics and maintaining contact with key customers to understand market needs.
• Coordinating with the Global team to adapt marketing strategies to local market needs. Ensuring smooth communication, clarifying the strategy to be followed by the sales network to facilitate achievement of objectives, as well as with other involved departments (medical, market access, etc.).
• Contributing to forecasting considering the product life cycle, country market environment, and product strategy.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will provide a broad knowledge on chat AI/GenAI communication, channels covered by it, services and processes. With special care for sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• You will design and present the new processes and customer journeys, having in mind requirements, sales objectives and needs of communication in a written view
• You put yourself in customers' shoes, assess the wishes and needs of customers ( internal and external) and anticipate on this, and focus continuously on improving the journeys we are offering.
• You are responsible for improving the experience and service with an end-to-end mindset, for the day-to-day performance, for building reliable business operations and services.
• You will be responsible for defining the vision of your squads, what needs to be achieved, and what are the priorities to meet the goals defined.
• You Own and prioritize the features and roadmap delivery for the scrum team by:
• Defining features into detailed user Stories: Design, prioritize, accurately estimate and then deliver user story development on time.
• Updating the Product Backlog Daily: with business, data, technical needs on daily basis.
• Performing Analysis on backlog or other tooling analysis to enable optimal decision making.
• Defining Performance indicators to assess the product value and progress.
