We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager focused on Onboarding & Identity products to join our Product Strategy team who will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining go-to-market strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting product positioning for our SaaS solutions in the field of onboarding and identity. We are an alternative fund manager with an innovative mindset, where technology is a key lever for efficiency, security, and scalability. We want to add to the team a role that will help us automate and improve information management and access.

As IT Product Specialist, you will join SAM´s global Technology team, within the Alternative Products area, with the aim of leading and accelerating the technological transformation necessary to achieve the business´s strategic objectives.

You will be the functional and technical owner of the eFront platform, supporting the full lifecycle of alternative investment products from a systems and data perspective. You´ll work closely with business units and IT stakeholders to ensure that the platform is aligned with the firm´s operational and strategic needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and configuring eFront modules to support fund operations, investor reporting, and portfolio management.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
- Coordinating with vendors, internal developers, and infrastructure teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Supporting periodic audits, access controls, and security reviews aligned with IT governance.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the intersection of alternative funds and technology solutions.

Actualmente buscamos a un perfil de Product para trabajar en proyectos de venture building desde cero: entender el problema, diseñar la solución, construirla, validarla con usuarios y hacerla crecer. Trabajarás junto a perfiles de negocio, tecnología, diseño y datos, en un entorno rápido, flexible y obsesionado con el impacto real.

Podrás liderar o apoyar en las siguientes tareas:

• Diseñar y validar productos digitales con foco en velocidad, impacto y aprendizaje continuo.
• Liderar la definición de la propuesta de valor, estructura funcional, MVP y roadmap de producto.
• Ejecutar procesos rápidos de research, diseño y prototipado, con herramientas no-code/AI/low-code.
• Coordinar el trabajo con equipos tech y de diseño para asegurar una buena experiencia de usuario y entrega técnica.
• Medir impacto, analizar datos y plantear nuevas hipótesis de crecimiento.
• Presentar resultados y aprendizajes clave a clientes corporativos.
• Documentar procesos, decisiones de producto y aprendizajes para replicabilidad.
  
  
  

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia trabajando en producto digital, diseño de servicios o como parte de un equipo en startups o negocios tech.
• Has lanzado productos, features o MVPs que han llegado a usuarios reales (ideal si también has medido impacto y aprendido de ellos).
• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería o como Diseñador/a de Producto Digital (UX, UI, HCI, diseño de interacción o similar).
• Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas de diseño y desarrollo (Figma, Make, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, APIs…).
• Te defines como una persona AI-first, automatizas procesos y utilizas herramientas de IA para trabajar más rápido y mejor.
• Puedes diseñar wireframes, user journeys y documentación funcional clara.
• Hablas con usuarios, entiendes sus problemas y conviertes eso en soluciones que funcionan.
• Eres autónomo y no necesitas esperar a que te digan qué hacer.
• Inglés avanzado (trabajamos con clientes internacionales).

• Asistir en el desarrollo y ejecución de la visión del producto, alineada con los objetivos de negocio.


• Realizar estudios y análisis de mercado para identificar tendencias y necesidades de los usuarios.


• Documentar funcionalidades, mejoras o cambios propuestos de forma clara y estructurada.


• Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar entregas a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con la calidad esperada.


• Colaborar con los equipos de ASO, UA y Monetización con el fin de mantener un crecimiento continúo de usuarios, lograr un buen posicionamiento en las Stores y definir la mejor estrategia para incrementar los revenues de cada app.


• Analizar métricas y comentarios de usuarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora.


• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias y tecnologías en el mundo de las apps móviles.

¿Qué estamos buscando? 🎯

• Habilidades analíticas y gusto por el trabajo con datos.


• Valorable haber tenido experiencia con Google Firebase, Google Analytics y Figma.


• Capacidad para autogestionarse, trabajar en paralelo en varias tareas y cumplir con plazos ajustados.


• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.


• Proactividad y fuerte motivación por aprender.


• Inglés nivel B2 (imprescindible, entorno de trabajo internacional).


• Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.


• Se valorará experiencia o interés en producto, diseño, negocio o tecnología (proyectos personales, prácticas, cursos, etc.).
