Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un/a Director/a de Comunicación y Fundraising con visión estratégica, liderazgo y alta proactividad para impulsar la captación de fondos, fortalecer la comunicación y acompañar el crecimiento de la Fundación.
Esta persona actuará como Deputy de la Dirección, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con la Directora para asegurar el desarrollo sostenible de la organización y liderando el área de comunicación, fundraising y relaciones institucionales.
Responsabilidades
Estrategia y planificación
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de comunicación, captación de fondos y relaciones institucionales, alineada con la misión y visión de la Fundación.
- Diseñar e implementar planes de fundraising a corto, medio y largo plazo para diversificar y fortalecer las fuentes de ingresos.
- Impulsar el posicionamiento de la Fundación a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Hacer seguimiento de indicadores de impacto y resultados para la mejora continua de la estrategia.
Captación de fondos y relaciones institucionales
- Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de financiación: donaciones, patrocinios, subvenciones y alianzas estratégicas.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con empresas, fundaciones, grandes donantes e instituciones públicas y privadas.
- Impulsar estrategias de fidelización y retención de socios, donantes y colaboradores.
- Coordinar campañas de recaudación a través de canales digitales y tradicionales.
- Crear y presentar propuestas estratégicas para financiadores y patrocinadores.
Eventos y acciones de sensibilización
- Diseñar e implementar eventos solidarios y de captación de fondos, asegurando su impacto y rentabilidad.
- Coordinar la logística, comunicación y promoción de eventos.
- Buscar y potenciar alianzas estratégicas para maximizar el alcance y la visibilidad.
Comunicación y posicionamiento
- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación interna y externa.
- Supervisar la presencia de la Fundación en medios de comunicación y redes sociales, apoyado por una agencia de comunicación y una persona en prácticas.
- Coordinar sistemas de reporting de impacto y comunicación.
- Liderar la producción de contenidos y materiales de campañas, eventos y comunicación institucional.
- Impulsar acciones de comunicación innovadoras que refuercen la reputación y visibilidad de la Fundación.
Perfil y competencias
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en fundraising, comunicación, marketing social y/o captación de fondos en el tercer sector.
- Habilidad demostrada en el diseño y ejecución de estrategias de captación y fidelización.
- Experiencia en organización de eventos, alianzas estratégicas y relaciones institucionales.
- Liderazgo, visión estratégica, capacidad de negociación y construcción de relaciones.
- Perfil proactivo, creativo y orientado a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de trabajo autónomo, flexible y colaborativo.
- Compromiso firme con la misión, visión y valores de la Fundación.
Idiomas
- Inglés: mínimo nivel B2 (imprescindible).

The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Regional Medical Director, Europe will make an impact:
- Develop regional medical affairs strategy, planning, and supportive tactics related to Viatris’ Hospital Innovation Portfolio (therapeutic area: gastroenterology/pain) in Europe and supporting launches by local medical teams.
- European regional medical point of contact for the Hospital Innovation Portfolio based on the prioritization of markets and brands.
- Ensures regional and country medical input into regional strategy and tactics.
- Drives the Europe medical strategy for the Hospital Innovation Portfolio and ensures country alignment within their region.
- Executes on Europe medical operating plan ensuring operational excellence in all activities.
- Responsible for coordination of Europe external medical stakeholder interactions; including KOLs.
- Direct the implementation of Europe medical strategies and plans for the Hospital Innovation portfolio.
- Represent and provide country/regional perspective for the Hospital Innovation Portfolio in collaboration with regional Commercial and country Medical and Marketing, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs and Legal functions.
- Provide medical inputs and approvals in the development of materials, in keeping with Europe team priorities and timelines.
- Engage in customer facing activities and develop relationships with relevant regional thought leaders and medical organizations.
- Facilitate country medical interactions with local regulatory authorities and KOLs, as needed.
- Collaborate with HEOR colleagues to support initiatives in the region.
- Gather, evaluate, and act on medical intelligence from countries and region.
- Participate in the implementation of global/regional clinical trials conducted in the region, in liaison with the Research and Development organization.
- Contribute to the development, review, and approval of regional and country-sponsored clinical protocols and IITs.
- MD, PhD or PharmD or advanced degree in science
- Strong knowledge and experience in medical affairs
- Knowledge and experience within the specified portfolio (therapeutic area: gastroenterology/pain)
- The incumbent in this role will have oversight for products in Europe region and therefore experience and knowledge of the regional environment and therapeutic area KOL network would be an advantage
- Experienced in managing projects to completion
- Ability to discuss scientific aspects of drug development, also comfortable in discussing commercial and regulatory issues
- Able to review, evaluate, interpret, and present complex data; understand the emerging safety and efficacy profile of the drug including providing a perspective with comparator agents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including scientific writing skills; includes strong interpersonal skills.
- Required fluency in English, other regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Able to set priorities and manage cross-functional teams and complex projects to deliver milestones according to set budgets
- Proven ability to influence and succeed through others and to form excellent relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, and proven track record of delivering high quality within timelines
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align with wide range of stakeholders, regionally and cross-functionally

About The Role

Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un/a Director/a de Alimentos y Bebidas para responsabilizarse de todas las operaciones de comida y bebida y ofrecer una experiencia excelente a los clientes.
El objetivo es incrementar ventas manteniendo o reduciendo los costes, mejorando procedimientos y la calidad, logrando la satisfacción de los clientes y el compromiso de los empleados.Reportará directamente al CEO del grupo.
Las Principales Funciones Consistirán En
- Crear una ESTRATEGIA DE CADENA planificando por unidad de negocio dentro del actual rebranding que se está llevando a cabo, diseñando y desarrollando la oferta de A&B adaptándola al cliente y a la evolución de la demanda, y que pueda ser replicado en todos los centros manteniendo la identidad de cada una de las propiedades.
- Supervisar el correcto desarrollo de los servicios.
- Dar soporte a los hoteles en coordinación con el área comercial.
- Control de compras y del stock.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
- Analizar, controlar y realizar el seguimiento de las cuentas de resultados de A&B, así como el diseño e implantación de los planes de acción.
- Dirigir el equipo de alimentos y bebida, atrayendo, contratando, formando y evaluando a personal con talento.
- Fijar objetivos, KPI, horarios, políticas y procedimientos.
- Fomentar un entorno de responsabilidad haciendo énfasis en la motivación y el trabajo en equipo
- Dimensionar las plantillas óptimas del área de hostelería para cada sala, en función de los requerimientos (cuadrantes, vacaciones, turnos...).
- Adaptar las cartas a una cocina de proximidad y km0 .
El candidato/a seleccionado/a debe ser capaz de anticipar, planificar y gestionar productos, personal y finanzas.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en A&B en el sector de Alimentos y Bebidas.
Disponibilidad para viajar, minimo 65% del tiempo.
Formación Universitaria. Se valorará positivamente estudios de posgrado o master en Dirección de A&B.
Imprescindible conocimiento de los idiomas Inglés y Español a nivel Alto.
Experiencia en gestión de equipos, liderazgo, orientación al cliente, habilidades comerciales, así como capacidad de planificación y organización.
Conocimiento práctico de diversos programas informáticos (MS Office, software de gestión de restaurantes MICROS, TPV)
Capacidad para descubrir y resolver problemas con eficacia
Experto en delegar múltiples tareas
