Job Description
Collaborate reliably with the Board of Directors/President of the companie ensuring full legal compliance in all activities
- Ensure, stimulate, and oversee a responsible sales and management structure.
- Manage human resources including recruitment to develop.
- Collaborate with external finance and payroll service providers, support proper accounting management within the company, and cooperate with the accounting department.
- Support the employer's marketing activities and e-commerce initiatives.
- Assume the leadership, management, and creative sales responsibilities for all Spanish clients.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient sales service and logistics process, both internally and externally.
- Personally acquire and support key strategic clients, including in-person engagement.
- Analyze and identify market potential within Spain.
- Study the competition and monitor pricing trends in the Spanish market.
- Organize and manage the areas of human resources, sales, administration, preparatory financial accounting, scheduling, purchasing, and warehouse logistics for the employer, including health and safety.
- Optimize operational processes to deliver the most efficient and high-quality customer service.
The candidate must possess a practical, communicative, and approachable mindset, with at least a few years of experience in the industry; have clear personal goals; be success-oriented; have a good general business (or technical) background; and have a strong enough personality to assume the role regarding internal and external decisions and human resources management.
Experience in business transformation, taking them from family businesses to international companies.High level of English and adaptability to travel constantly

Job Description
- Liderar el equipo de las áreas de administración y finanzas, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados
- Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas del área, aportando la información requerida y gestionando posibles incidencias, garantizando una adecuada auditoría financiera.
- Participar en la preparación y evaluación de planes de negocio y modelos financieros para apoyar decisiones estratégicas de inversión, expansión o financiación.
- Liderar las negociaciones con entidades financieras, inversores y otros agentes externos, garantizando la obtención de recursos en condiciones favorables.
- Identificar y valorar oportunidades de financiación a medio y largo plazo, analizando la viabilidad de las mismas.
- Reporting y Control de gestión: Elaborar y Presentar a la Dirección General periódicamente, informes financieros de resultados, analizando los resultados de los mismos, posibles desviaciones y planes de acción.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación de procesos y sistemas de soporte vinculados a financiación, asegurando su trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
Buscamos una persona con experiencia contrastada en roles de dirección financiera con una elevada cifra de volumen de negocio.
