You will provide a wide and varied range of domestic duties which shall include general cleaning of wards and departments, as well as maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the Hospital in line with the NHS Scotland Cleaning Services Specification to fulfil Health Care Environmental Inspectorate Standards and meet the Facilities Monitoring Tool Targets.

Experience

– You will have good communications skills, be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

You shall be required to be discreet and courteous

Reduced Working Week

– From 1 April **** the NHS Agenda for Change working week in Scotland will reduce from 37 to 36 hours for full-time staff.

Part-time staff will have a pro-rata reduction in hours with no loss of earnings.

Implementation may vary by department; adjustments will be made as soon as safely possible while maintaining patient safety and service continuity.
