Funciones principales
- Gestión del ciclo completo de ventas internas para el mercado suizo.
- Identificación de oportunidades comerciales y cierre de ventas.
- Mantenimiento y desarrollo de relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Coordinación con equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia de cliente excelente.
- Reporte de actividad comercial y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Requisitos
Idiomas requeridos
Imprescindibles: Inglés y Alemán.
Muy valorables: Francés.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
Salario bruto anual inicial: 28.000 €.
Revisión salarial a los 6 meses: 30.000 € brutos anuales.
Bono adicional del 10 % (SIP), sujeto a evaluación de desempeño anual.
Durante los primeros 3 meses: presencial en oficina (Madrid), 5 días a la semana.
Posteriormente: modelo híbrido (3 días en oficina y hasta 2 días en remoto).
Localidad: Coslada.
Primeros 6 meses con Adecco más pase a plantilla.

In order to support this plan, we are recruiting an Inside Sales
Main activities
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President EMEA, you will be required to manage the entire renewal of maintenance contracts with our customers. You will collaborate with the commercial teams and the operations teams.
Your scope will include:
- International negotiation of maintenance contracts with customers in close collaboration with the sales teams
- Quarterly and annual sales forecast report
- Optimization of contract monitoring processes
- Preparation and management of quotes
- Commercial follow-up
- Monitoring of Customer Outstanding Balances
- International Business Bachelor's degree or an equivalent, you like to work in a team, you are motivated by challenges and have the following skills:
- Autonomy
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and good interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very good level of English, French and Spanish would be a great benefit
- Computer skills
- SalesForce experience would be a benefit
