As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:
- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
- Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Develop and maintain the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls

Role
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, sales-focused and customer-oriented
Inside Sales (m/f/d based in Valencia)
to generate quality outbound leads and follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
The Inside Sales responsibilities include cold calling, updating the CRM on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, and attending industry events and educational workshops as required.
You should also conduct research on market trends and competitors\' products.
To be successful as an inside sales, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
You should demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
What would be your responsibilities and duties?
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
Following up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through different channels.
Contacting potential customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Carrying out online meetings with potential clients, and arranging face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Field Sales Representatives.
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Creating a sales pipeline to reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
Working with and contributing to the performance of BauWatch marketing activities, such as telephone campaigns, company presentations and attending trade fairs.
Developing and nurturing new and existing customers and entering into partnerships by building and maintaining the relationship network.
Following up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch by responding to partners' and customers' needs.
Advising the Inside Sales team on opportunities and threats in the market and possible adjustment of the commercial strategy based on experience and data collected.

Formal Qualifications
Sales experience:
Outbound sales, business development, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales experience (minimum 12 months).
Experience with lead/appointment generation campaigns, measurement, targeting and lead process management.
Network
Existing network in construction, rental and/or security industry (preferred, but not essential).
Travel
Happy to travel around Spain.
Some overnight stays may be required (paid expenses and overtime).
Technology Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office; preferably experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Language Skills
Native Spanish speaker with advanced (conversational) English for internal communication.
Driver's License
Full, valid driving license.

Generar leads, calificar prospectos y cerrar ventas utilizando herramientas de comunicación digital como teléfono, correo electrónico y videoconferencias.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Atención y venta telefónica a nuestros clientes mediante la gestión de pedidos y resolución de incidencias de producto y servicio.
- Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes bajo los estándares de calidad y servicio establecidos.
- Consecución de los objetivos de venta y servicio establecido.
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias tanto de producto como de servicio.
- Reclamación de impagados.
- Redirección de posibles clientes y ventas al equipo de ventas externas cuando sean necesario.
- Recepcionar y procesar los pedidos de forma precisa y adecuada.
- Actualización y mantenimiento de la base de datos de nuestros clientes, anotando toda aquella información de relevancia y utilidad.
- Gestión de precios.
- Seguimiento y mantenimiento de cartera de clientes asignada.
- Valorable formación específica en Atención al cliente y Técnicas de venta.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Como Inside Sales Junior formarás parte del equipo encargado de gestionar cotizaciones y dar soporte a clientes del área de transporte marítimo y aéreo. Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Elaborar cotizaciones de tráfico marítimo y aéreo.
- Definir y aplicar estrategias de precios competitivos.
- Calcular márgenes y costes para optimizar las propuestas comerciales.
- Gestionar recargos como combustible, seguridad y handling en aeropuerto.
- Atender a clientes de forma profesional y personalizada.
- Administrar y hacer seguimiento de las ofertas enviadas.
- Colaborar con los distintos departamentos para asegurar un servicio integral.
- Detectar oportunidades de negocio y estar al día de las tendencias del mercado.
- Participar en reuniones internas para proponer mejoras y compartir ideas.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Queremos sumar a alguien entusiasta, con ganas de crecer y aportar. Valoramos:
- Nivel de inglés mínimo B2, tanto oral como escrito.
- Experiencia previa en ventas internas o comerciales (no imprescindible, pero valorable).
- Valoramos conocimiento de recargos específicos del sector (combustible, seguridad, handling).
- Habilidad para analizar precios y márgenes de rentabilidad.
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Outlook) y sistemas de gestión.
