We're looking for a Finance & Administration Intern to support our operations during a growth phase. This isn't about making coffee or filing papers all day—you'll handle real finance and admin work that keeps the company running.

You'll help with accounting tasks, administrative processes, investor documentation, and financial reporting. You'll work directly with the CEO and see how a tech startup operates financially from the inside.

Perfect for someone studying ADE/Economics who wants hands-on experience and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves.

• Help close monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts and build forecast and budgets
• Handle administrative processes: invoices, payments, supplier coordination, bureaucratic tasks
• Support fundraising preparation: organize documentation, prepare financial materials and attend investor’s meetings
• Track key business metrics and help maintain financial reports
• Coordinate with external accountant and manage day-to-day operational finance
• Build financial processes and systems as we scale

• Currently studying or recently graduated in ADE, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Basic accounting knowledge (balance sheets, P&L, cashflow…)
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)
• Practical attitude: comfortable doing both strategic and administrative work
• Spanish native, English “nice level”
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
• Barcelona-based (we work in-person and remotely)

• Experience with Holded or advanced Google Sheets
• Understanding startup metrics and business models
• Previous startup/fast-paced environment experience
• Interest in tech and SaaS companies
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity

Role Description

This is a part-time, fully remote role for a Creative Graphic Designer focused on educational content.

You will be responsible for creating and designing visual learning materials that clearly communicate ideas and enhance the overall learning experience. The role also involves collaborating with the team to refine and optimize visual content for effective microlearning delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original, innovative design solutions
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Proficiency with graphic design tools
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote working environment
• Prior experience with educational or microlearning content is a plus

About the role:
We are currently looking for a talented, driven, and creative Visual Designer to join our cross-functional team and our efforts on providing world-class, unforgettable digital product experiences to the JuegosONCE customers. JuegosONCE is ONCE´s official website to sell its lottery products.

The internship will report to the Team Lead Product & UX and work closely with our team of Marketing Executives and Product Managers.

Key responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Conceptualize and produce assets for email marketing, acquisition and/or special campaigns (i.e. special promos, raffles, etc.).
• Design, adapt or update content for online campaigns (banners, etc.)
• Design, update and layout news bulletins and newsletters as well as any graphic offline/online needed materials (cards, flyers, infographics, etc.)
• Support the product and UX team in website / apps related designs.

Skills, qualifications and experience:
• Major in Graphic Design or related fields, with a possibility to sign a school agreement for a minimum of 6 months
• Strong creativeness to continuously develop new designs
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must. InDesign, After Effects or Premier are a plus)
• Basic UX/UI knowledge and tools like Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, Marvel, etc.)
• Up to date in design and social media trends.
• High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Must be passionate about digital products, e-commerce, marketing online, and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English). English is essential.
• Collaborative team player that can also work with cross-functional teams.
• Customer Oriented and committed with quality.
• Self-motivated, proactive and flexible.

Buscamos un Head of Marketing & Growth senior, con visión estratégica y capacidad real de ejecución, que lidere el marketing de Trendsplant desde el negocio y el producto.

Durante los primeros meses, el rol tendrá un peso operativo relevante para entender el ecosistema, tomar control del performance y sentar bases sólidas. A medida que el proyecto crezca y se incorpore un perfil operativo para el día a día de campañas, el foco evolucionará hacia estrategia, equipo y toma de decisiones.

Es un rol clave, con relación directa con dirección, autoridad real y capacidad de influencia sobre cómo se construye y se hace crecer Trendsplant.

• Definir y liderar la estrategia global de marketing alineada con los objetivos de negocio.
• Asegurar un crecimiento rentable y sostenible, con foco en eficiencia y escalabilidad.
• Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento en digital, retail y B2B.
• Aportar criterio estratégico en lanzamientos y decisiones comerciales, siempre desde el producto.

• Liderar la estrategia de paid media (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok…), priorizando eficiencia y rentabilidad.
• Responsabilidad directa sobre un presupuesto anual de paid media de seis cifras altas, con el objetivo de optimizar su rendimiento y evolucionar hacia un modelo de crecimiento más sostenible y escalable.
• Analizar y optimizar métricas clave (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversión, recurrencia).

• Definir y optimizar la estrategia de CRM, automatizaciones y email marketing (Klaviyo u otras).
• Diseñar y evolucionar el programa de fidelización de Trendsplant.
• Mejorar retención y recurrencia a partir de datos, segmentación y contenido relevante.

• Supervisar la evolución del eCommerce (Shopify), con foco en conversión y experiencia de usuario.
• Definir prioridades de CRO y mejora continua de la web en colaboración con diseño y desarrollo.

• Trabajar de forma transversal con comunicación, diseño y producto.
• Bajar y activar el mensaje de marca sin redefinirlo, siempre alineado con la dirección creativa y de producto.
• Asegurar coherencia entre contenidos, campañas y objetivos de negocio.

• Definir y participar en la incorporación de perfiles clave de marketing.
• Crear estructura y procesos que permitan escalar el marketing sin perder identidad ni control.

• Colabora estrechamente con: Diseño, producto, comunicación, eCommerce y retail

Esenciales

• Experiencia sólida y demostrable en marketing digital y growth.
• Perfil senior, con capacidad de decisión y visión de negocio.
• Experiencia en performance marketing y análisis de datos.
• Capacidad para combinar estrategia y ejecución cuando es necesario.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Perfil estructurado, autónomo y con criterio propio.
