Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in Adeje. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and facilitating training sessions, developing training materials, and supporting the Training Manager in program execution. Key duties include scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, maintaining training records, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring a seamless learning experience. The role requires close collaboration with instructors and trainees to uphold the highest standards of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions efficiently.
- Develop and update training materials in collaboration with instructors.
- Track attendance and maintain accurate training records.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Support trainees and instructors throughout the program lifecycle.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of training programs.
- Ensure all training logistics and resources are prepared in advance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Coordination and Training & Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee training and program facilitation.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
