• Establish inventory strategies that improve product availability while optimizing working capital and reducing excess and obsolete stock.
• Build supply chain resilience through risk assessment, supplier diversification, contingency planning, and business continuity initiatives.

• Extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations, including significant leadership responsibility within a multinational organization.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, end-to-end supply chains across multiple countries or regions.
• Proven track record of improving service levels, reducing costs, optimizing inventory, and delivering organizational transformation.
• Strong knowledge of integrated business planning, S&OP, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and global distribution.
• Experience managing substantial budgets, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP), advanced planning systems, and supply chain analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
