Company Description
Micasamo Realty is a fast-growing, lifestyle-led real estate brand based in Murcia, Spain known to some through Sun, Sea and Selling Houses (Channel 4 UK). We offer high-end property sales, rentals, management, and renovation services across the Murcia region and beyond.
But we’re not just another estate agency. Our brand is at the heart of everything we do, built on quality, trust, and aspiration. We aim to inspire property buyers, sellers, and owners to expect more, and we deliver an experience that’s consistently a level above.
We're now hiring a full-time Operations Director to help us scale the business with precision, not chaos. This role is all about systems, numbers, people, and performance.
Role Description
An experienced operator with a sharp eye for stats, structure, and accountability. Someone who can align teams, monitor KPIs, and work side by side with department leads to make sure the whole business runs like a machine without losing the personality that makes Micasamo stand out.
This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the company founder and CEO, helping us transition into a high-performing team and into a scalable, multi-office brand across southern Spain.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive Performance: Build and maintain a clear KPI dashboard across all departments; marketing, sales, rentals, admin, maintenance – and ensure weekly reporting
- Lead System Development: Report where imporvements could help optimise and evolve our operating systems to streamline workflows, automate where possible, and support expansion
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with department leads to turn vision into action and hold teams accountable to standards
- Champion Our Brand Culture: Uphold and strengthen our lifestyle brand promise at every operational level; the Micasamo standard must shine through every client touchpoint
- Tech + AI Integration: Stay across the latest tools, AI developments, and tech trends to keep us operating smart, lean, and ahead of the curve
- Support Business Growth: Prepare the business to scale into new offices and locations, with systems and reporting in place that allow for smooth replication.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in property, hospitality, or similar client-facing sectors
- Confidence working with financials, performance metrics, and multi-department reporting
- A mindset for structure and accountability; you’re the one who notices what’s missing before anyone else does
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- A passion for tech and an interest in how AI can support smarter operations
- Full-time availability in Spain, this is an on-the-ground leadership role
- English fluency required; Spanish a HUGE plus
- Visa sponsorship available for the right UK, Irish, or EU candidate (must have a visa)
Why join us?
- A growing lifestyle brand with strong media presence and industry momentum
- A brand that values quality, creativity, and ambition
- Opportunity to shape the future operational backbone of a multi-division business
- Competitive salary with bonus structure tied to performance and business growth, possible equity share fior the right person.
