Role Description We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to fuel our growth. You will own the full top-of-funnel process - leveraging AI and modern outreach to book high-value meetings with business owners across the Costa del Sol.
What You’ll Do
- AI-Enhanced Outreach: Use tools like ChatGPT/Claude to research prospects and craft hyper-personalized, multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Video).
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-value cold/warm leads.
- Funnel Optimization: Manage lead progression and adjust messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM and act as our brand's digital "first impression."
Qualifications & Tech-Savviness
- Languages: Native/Fluent in English, Spanish, and one Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Sales Tech: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- AI Mastery: Proven ability to integrate AI into your sales workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Focus: Experience landing high-ticket clients and managing a sophisticated sales funnel.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a remote-first environment.
