We are seeking a versatile leader to serve as the Head of Product & Business development. This role is a unique hybrid, requiring an equal focus on high-level Business Development and rigorous Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for both growing our exclusive property portfolio and perfecting the internal "engine" that brings those properties to market.
On one side, you will be a strategic relationship-builder, identifying key partners, family offices, and developers to ensure VDB remains the top-of-mind choice for Barcelona’s most prestigious listings. On the other, you will be the architect of our internal efficiency, overseeing CRM optimization, product onboarding, and data integrity. We are looking for a professional who is as comfortable pitching a new service to an owner as they are auditing a HubSpot workflow to remove friction.
Product Strategy & Business Development
- Portfolio Ownership: Define the strategy for our rental product, including exclusivity agreements, off-market listings, and collaboration partnerships.
- Hunting Excellence: Lead the property hunting team across all channels (outbound, referrals, digital acquisition) to ensure a steady flow of high-caliber inventory.
- Market Presence: Act as a key ambassador in the Barcelona market, building high-level relationships with family offices, developers, and influential networking groups.
- Owner Relations: Own the end-to-end relationship with property owners, delivering market updates, newsletters, and a service level that guarantees retention and referrals.
- Business Development: Identifies key collaborations and partnerships with influential organizations and clubs, international company or agencies, that can refer high net worth target customers or enhance brand awareness.
- Supports market expansion opportunities when time comes, including market research.
Commercial Operations & Speed to Market
- Onboarding Innovation: Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for sales and rentals products. Your goal is to make VDB the fastest agency in the city to move from contract to live listing.
- Merchandising & Portals: Manage website merchandising and premium portal presence (Idealista, etc.), ensuring imagery, copy, and performance are optimized for maximum ROI.
- System Optimization: Own CRM (HubSpot) and CRM product pipelines and PMS flow optimization. Drive the adoption of new digital tools to eliminate friction and maximize team productivity.
Leadership & Data Integrity
- Team Growth: Lead, coach, and scale the hunting and operational support teams to hit aggressive financial targets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Build real-time dashboards and conduct rigorous audits to ensure 100% accuracy in CRM records and compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Lead data preparation and logistics for weekly S&OP and commercial team meetings.
- The Strategic Architect: You see the big picture and can design a portfolio strategy that beats the competition.
- The High-Stakes Communicator: You are as comfortable pitching to a family office as you are coaching a junior team member.
- The Operational Obsessive: You hate "slow." You are constantly looking for ways to shave hours off a process or automate a workflow.
- The Market Insider: You have a deep understanding of the Barcelona luxury landscape and a network that reflects it.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading commercial or product operations teams, ideally in real estate or high-end hospitality.
- CRM Mastery: Expert-level understanding of HubSpot or similar CRM/PMS environments.
- Business Development Savvy: Experience in outbound acquisition and high-level stakeholder management.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Expansion Mindset: Comfortable conducting market research to support future geographic expansion.
- A leadership role in an agile, "zero bureaucracy" scale-up.

En Vilagallo Retail S.L. buscamos incorporar un/a International Sales Manager con pasión por la moda y mentalidad comercial, para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra marca a nivel nacional e internacional.
📍 Ubicación: Boadilla del Monte (Madrid)

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Formarás parte del equipo comercial, trabajando de la mano del área de Exportación, con el objetivo de expandir y consolidar la presencia de la marca en distintos mercados.
Responsabilidades clave
- Participación en ferias internacionales (Londres, París, Nueva York, Las Vegas…).
- Gestión del showroom en Madrid y atención a clientes.
- Desarrollo del canal multimarca en España.
- Apertura de nuevos mercados y búsqueda de distribuidores/agentes internacionales.
- Gestión y fidelización de clientes.
- Apoyo en la estrategia comercial junto al equipo de Exportación.
Qué buscamos
- 1–5 años de experiencia en ventas internacionales (idealmente en moda).
- Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
- Segundo idioma, muy valorable.
- Perfil comercial, proactivo y orientado a objetivos.
- Alta capacidad de comunicación y negociación.
- Pasión por la moda y conocimiento del sector.
