The Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Events & Exhibitions to join our Barcelona team on a full-time, on-site basis.

This is a senior, target-driven sales role for a professional with mandatory experience in events and exhibitions sales. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value event and exhibition projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver ambitious sales targets for events and exhibitions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (events, exhibitions, brand activations)
  • Manage senior-level client relationships and commercial negotiations
  • Lead proposals, pricing, and contract closure
  • Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to shape tailored solutions
  • Maintain and forecast pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in events and exhibitions sales
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development
  • Solid understanding of event and exhibition delivery processes
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in high-target environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in events agencies, experiential marketing, or hospitality is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is highly desirable)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
