We are a multimedia studio creating large-scale shows, exhibitions, museum installations, and event visuals, combining technology, storytelling, and design.


As we expand into international markets, we are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to drive growth across the MENA and EU regions.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with international clients: agencies, event organizers, production studios, museums, and brands.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, build a strong lead pipeline, and support pre-sale activities with our production team.
  • Research and analyze market trends to shape the studio’s growth strategy.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (creative, event, or tech-related industries preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Existing network in relevant industries (event, advertising, museum, or multimedia).
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Based in or able to work from Europe (ideally - Barcelona) or the MENA region — hybrid preferred.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to grow in international markets.
