Deuser es la unidad de Robótica, fabricación de maquinaria y líneas de producción industrial de Indra Group.
Buscamos un/a Técnic@ de Selección para incorporar a nuestro Departamento de Reclutamiento, con experiencia en la captación de perfiles industriales y tecnológicos en entornos exigentes y de alto componente técnico.
Entre tus funciones se encuentran:
- Búsqueda y cribado curricular de perfiles industriales e IT.
- Realización de entrevistas telefónicas y técnicas, en colaboración con los responsables de los distintos departamentos.
- Uso habitual de herramientas de selección como LinkedIn Recruiter y otras fuentes especializadas.
- Elaboración de informes de entrevista y documentación asociada a los procesos de selección.
- Seguimiento de candidaturas y comunicación continua con los candidatos durante el proceso.
- Participación activa en el onboarding de nuevas incorporaciones.
Conocimientos y requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en selección de personal, preferiblemente en entornos industriales y/o IT.
- Nivel de inglés B2–C1 certificado (imprescindible).
- Experiencia trabajando con perfiles técnicos especializados y managers técnicos.
- Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y de selección.
- Persona organizada, empática, resolutiva y con alta motivación por el área de reclutamiento.

The Director, SCADA Delivery Operations is responsible for building and operating a centralized, high-performance operations function that drives predictable delivery, global standardization, financial rigor, and scalable growth across hundreds of customer projects executed by geographically distributed CoEs.
This role is a cornerstone of the Delivery Transformation agenda. It integrates project governance, project accounting, tooling & data, and a back-office support function to significantly increase productivity, reduce rework, elevate financial control, and improve margin performance. The Director, SCADA Delivery Operations will also partner closely with Finance and RevOps to deliver a unified Salesforce-first delivery ecosystem and embed continuous improvement and AIenabled automation across processes.
Key Responsibilities
- SCADA Delivery Operations Strategy, Governance & Standards
- Define and maintain global delivery playbooks, project lifecycle definitions, gates, and RACI
- Establish and enforce standard KPIs, OKRs, and delivery controls across all CoEs
- Implement a tiered governance model (portfolio, program, project) with dashboards, recurring routines, and escalation paths
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality execution through structured governance mechanisms
- Project Accounting
- Lead rollout and adoption of project accounting, including:
- Timesheets
- Cost actuals & forecasting
- Revenue recognition rules
- Margin tracking and variance analysis
- Drive financial discipline, improving PM accountability on scope, invoicing, cost visibility, and profitability
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment on policies, monthly close processes, and reporting accuracy
- Project Back-Office Support Function
- Standardize core support functions:
- Project setup & hygiene
- Resource scheduling assistance
- Documentation & reporting
- Change request processing
- Tooling Ownership
- Act as business owner for the Delivery Tool Stack, and collaborate on requirements, ensure consistent use, and partner with Business Applications on enhancements and roadmap: Salesforce CloudCoach, Jira/Confluence, among others
- Drive adoption of structured data, automated workflows, and governance controls from a business perspective within the solutions
- Portfolio Insights, Metrics & Reporting
- In collaboration with Revenue Operations, build and maintain a global delivery dashboard covering Project health and risks, Backlog burn, Forecast accuracy, Cost & margin trends
- Enable data-driven decisions through real-time, reliable portfolio insights
- Continuous Improvement & AI
- Lead a continuous improvement program targeting playbook adoption and process simplification
- Identify and embed AI/automation opportunities
- Work closely with CoEs and other functions to ensure engagement, clarity, and continuous feedback loops
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, PMO leadership, or Delivery Operations within software, or technology-enabled services
- Experience managing large, global project portfolios and distributed teams
- Success in driving transformation, standardization, and process adoption
- Strong background in project financials, cost control, forecasting, and revenue recognition
- Proven experience deploying or operating Salesforce and integrated ERP systems
- Deep expertise in PMO frameworks and delivery models
- Strong analytical and data storytelling capability
- Excellent cross-functional influence with senior leaders
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a scaled delivery environment
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, evolving organizations
- Experience in renewable energy, grid software, or industrial software environments
- Knowledge of professional services automation tools and project accounting implementations
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing low-cost/global shared services or offshoring models
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools for delivery organizations
- Standard playbooks and KPIs operational in all CoEs
- PMO dashboards live and adopted
- Project accounting fully implemented with timesheet compliance
- Productivity uplift (reduced internal time, increased throughput)
- Improved margin performance driven by better control & forecast accuracy
- Back-office support team fully functioning with measurable reduction in administrative load
- Veritas (Salesforce & Netsuite) processes stabilized and used consistently globally
