The Role
We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online store’s commercial performance. That includes pricing strategy, product forecasting, and data analysis to drive revenue, margin, and smarter decisions across the business.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You won’t be managing paid channels or creative, but you will work closely with those teams to make sure every product launch and campaign is backed by the right pricing, stock levels, merchandising, and on-site optimisation.

What You’ll Do
Commercial Ownership
Own the day-to-day performance of the online store across Shopify.
Optimise product pages, merchandising, navigation, and site structure to improve conversion.
Ensure the store is always aligned with what’s in stock and what’s being promoted.
Collaborate with marketing and creative to support launches and campaigns from a commercial lens.
Pricing Strategy
Set and optimise pricing across products, bundles, and collections.
Build price ladders, discount strategies, and promotional frameworks based on AOV, margin, and shopper behaviour.
Monitor competitor pricing and customer sensitivity to adjust as needed.
Advise the team on promotional windows and markdown opportunities.
Product Forecasting
Forecast demand ahead of new product launches using past sales, sell-through rates, and campaign plans.
Recommend quantities for new orders and restocks based on margin targets and supplier timelines.
Track stock levels and flag risks early, proposing adjustments like bundles, re-merchandising, or promo.
Keep production and marketing aligned on timing and availability.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Build and maintain reports that track AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, sell-through, revenue by SKU, and margin.
Build and manage a centralised dashboard to feed live insights into the wider marketing team.
Analyse product and campaign performance and use that insight to improve future drops.
Share weekly and post-campaign reviews with clear takeaways and next steps.
Work closely with paid media and marketing to guide spend, creative, and timing based on commercial performance.

Requirements
At least 3 years in an e-commerce or merchandising role at a DTC brand, ideally in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle.
Strong experience with Shopify, including managing store structure and improving conversion.
Proven track record in pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning.
Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools that help teams track performance and take action.
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to analyse data and create clean, actionable reports.
Clear understanding of AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV, sell-through, and margin.
Able to collaborate effectively and communicate insights clearly to both technical and creative teams.
Highly independent, organised, and solutions-focused.

We’re on the lookout for a Freelance Page Builder (Part-Time) to join our team on a project basis—with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Your first project will be to build a high-converting, visually engaging Product Page using GemPages for Beyond Alpha. This page should reflect the brand’s unique identity while also being optimized for performance and user experience.
If we’re happy with the results and working together feels like a great fit, we’d love to continue working with you on a part-time freelance basis, helping us create similar product and landing pages. 📍This is a freelance fully remote part-time role
📍We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C marketing
📍Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build a visually appealing, high-converting product page for Beyond Alpha using GemPages
- Ensure the page is fully responsive across all devices, including desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile
- Maintain design consistency by closely following the provided Figma file, including correct spacing, typography, and image alignment
- Properly integrate dynamic elements tailored to each region, ensuring accurate functionality and localization
- Stay up to date with eCommerce page-building best practices and suggest improvements when appropriate
- Proven experience in building responsive product pages using GemPages (experience with Shopify is a plus)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on creating engaging, conversion-optimized pages
- Experience working with D2C eCommerce brands, understanding the nuances of creating product pages that drive conversions and align with brand identity
- Proficiency in Figma for design handoff, ensuring accurate implementation of layouts and visual elements
