This role reports to the Global SVP/Commercial Director to support the delivery of 3INA Commercial goals through defined strategy by accomplishing both operational and administrative commercial responsibilities within the function.
This role plays an imperative part in the business driving regions sell in net revenue targets and achieving sell-out retail sales targets alongside successful launch implementation of new markets as required.
The Role objectives:
· Understand the full potential of the 3INA Distribution portfolio; channel size, forecasted growth, business plan objectives, distribution network, key stakeholders, brand plans, relationship advancement with partners, market share analysis, budget tracking, strategy vision and company goals
· Have customer insights and knowledge to suit the current needs of the business and the forward thinking of relevance, curiosity and growth opportunities
· Provide information to the Commercial Team that finds ways to increase sales both net and retail, makes recommendations and follows through to implementation to support delivery of Commercial strategy.
The Tasks:
· Reporting to the Commercial Director whilst coordinating with other HO Departments to help execute the Commercial Strategy in the assigned Markets by building strong relationships with Partners and colleagues to ensure Commercial collaboration is optimized across all regions.
· Supports the Commercial Director in day-to-day business operations including strategic planning in defining the 3INA distribution roadmap, country/channel manager tactical strategy and sharing action plans of delivery to support.
· Supporting team with market analysis and insights provided to help drive new and existing markets and competition to help define commercial landscapes and prices.
· Under the lead of the Commercial Director, assisting on the evaluation of Business Plans and P&Ls from all Commercial scope.
· Design, collate and maintain all commercial regions JBP’s ensuring all partners are putting Consumer in the center of the local strategy.
· Defining best practice collaboration activities as analysed and assessed to support the Global Commercial team inter-country sharing of ideas/tactics.
· Support the Country Manager/KAM to build the right launch plan for any new markets/partners including build of marketing annual calendars, negotiation of the local A&P budget for the market launch, tracking timelines to ensure launch is on time and successful.
· Under the lead and help of the Commercial Director and Legal Advisor, assists on the negotiation and definition of the Legal frame of the Agreement.
· Coordinates efficiently with the Design Department once a project is approved and ensures the information flow with Partners until the moment the project is fully approved from both sides.
· Drive an effective launch team process for all new launches with defined objectives to reach desired success.
· Together with the Marketing team, defines assortment and prepares Masterfile to build first order proposals together with Partners. Assists the Supply Chain Team on anticipating the stocks required for the launch and the openings planned for the year to ensure availability of products and Forecast accuracy.
· Aligns with the PMO team to ensure that all the necessary Commercial CPA are built in connection with all designated projects within commercial scope and help ensure timelines are maintained.
· Create new project timelines and paths with PMO team where necessary under Commercial Director designation.

We’re looking to hire a next-level Social Media & PR Trainee to work as part of our Media team, helping to build 3INA’s brand presence in Spain and communicate its bold vision for a new generation of high quality, accessible and diverse beauty products.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with audiences in our Social Media platforms, and develop and execute a global/local PR strategy with excellent communication skills to share our unique vision.
As the Social Media & PR Trainee, you will be closely working to the Global Owned Media and Global PR Managers to succeed in the Global Social & PR Strategy.
Your challenge:
- Support Global Team in the strategy development and management of various Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) in the local markets.
- Support Global Team in developing and executing PR campaigns around product launches and core products, tied to overall global and local PR strategy.
- Support local teams in SM & PR strategy execution and cross team activations.
- Keeping an eye on latest trends in SM & PR and proactivity to bring new ideas.
- Work on guidelines and briefings for different Social & PR activations.
- Effectively measure the success of your activities: update and review weekly, monthly and launch reports.
- Engaging with the social media community, creators and users in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Proactivity in content creation: participate in videos, lives, shootings, etc.
What we expect from you:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- English and Spanish native or proficiency. Portuguese, Italian o French native is a plus.
- Experience with social media tools, including listening and response (Emplify, Hootsuite,Tagger, Launchmetrics, Traackr or others).
- Experience with video and image edition is a plus: Capcut
- Organised and proactive in seeking improvements in ways of working / processes.
- Seeks opportunities to try ideas that are bold and different.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to brand identity and style.
- Passion for communication, social media, community building and quality content.
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.
- Experience in beauty industry is a plus.
