About The Role
Manage all credit control and reconciliation functions on allocated accounts, including cash collections within credit terms, minimizing bad debt and query resolution, while ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met.
To secure payments on an assigned group of accounts by means of telephone, correspondence, or personal contact.
Job Summary (What You Will Be Responsible For)
- Review accounts on a daily basis to clear cash and production entries within guidelines
- Manage Cash Application & Bordereaux Processing, Cash Matching & Allocation to the Policies with Cognizant team
- Investigate and resolve unallocated & Unmatched Cash with Profit Centers & Customer Service Unit
- Investigate and resolve premium differences with client/broker/profit Center
- Identify and escalate brokers/clients who exceed payments terms
- Assume ownership of individual goals and objectives & highlight variances to team leader
- Create and Distribute Statements and Dunning Notifications
- Identify Cancellations or Non Renewals
- Manage relationships with Claims, Profit Centers & Operations teams.
- Ensure submission of Bordereaux to Profit Centers/Operations and Claims for Processing
- Distribution and resolution of Dunning & Cancellations statement
- As required produce ad-hoc reconciliations and summaries for senior management
- Maintain client/broker/profit Center relationship and ensure that regular meetings are arranged to resolve any outstanding issue- Reconciles customer accounts by contacting agents, brokers, reinsurers, attorneys and insureds, as necessary.
- Reduces over-90-day balances.
- Runs standardized reports.
- May assist department with unapplied or misapplied cash.
- Experience in Accounting departments, mainly in Insurance companies or related industry.
- Knowledge of Accounting (degree level or equivalent an accounting qualification would be an advantage).
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel avanzado).
- Good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
- Strong focus on attention to detail and the desire to deliver accuracy and quality
- Strong administrative and personal organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the business, both internal and external
- Strong team player

Regional Product Development and Implementation Manager, A&H EMEA
Location: This role can be based in one of our AIG Offices in Europe
Role Description
In partnership with regional and local A&H teams, this role will develop and execute a regional product development strategy and strategic roadmap for new and enhanced products. The Regional Product Development Manager also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) concerning the design, development, and implementation of processes and capabilities to maximize the product development effort. The jobholder will collaborate effectively with business owners and sponsors to move the organization towards developing more successful and impactful products for distribution across all channels in the Region.
- Accountable for monitoring and adherence to and ongoing improvement of AIG General Insurance Policies and Standards for Product Development.
- Defining product development annual plans, budgets and metrics in partnership with Regional and Local product heads.
- Collaborate with Global Product Development colleagues to develop, design & implement a standard set of tools for product development tracking and reporting of the product development pipeline.
- Lead the development of tools and processes to monitor product performance, including techniques for measuring and predicting product shelf life
- Provide guidance for building compelling business cases including strong value propositions, product concept validations, risk assessment and financial targets.
- Ensure all product initiatives are compliant with local regulations and aligned with A&H strategic objectives and global principles for risk appetite.
- Serve as the policy wording and endorsement drafting specialist reference point and functional facilitator for A&H.
- Project Leadership: Own implementation timelines, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and managing stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implementation Management: Lead end-to-end launch processes, including system configuration, underwriting rules, policy forms, and documentation, ensuring products are "operational ready".
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, actuarial, IT, legal/compliance, and operations teams to align product specifications with technical and regulatory constraints.
- Project Leadership: Own implementation timelines, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and managing stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- several years of marketing or product development experience with A&H products including but not limited to significant experience in managing a product development process with a proven track record in achieving objectives and targets.
- Intensive knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and multiple distribution systems.
- Strong execution and results orientation.
- Demonstrated success in using research, analytics and testing methodologies to make product decisions.
- Proven experience with product development process risk evaluation, policy implementation and governance. Strong knowledge of product marketing fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of influencing and building consensus at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed and cultivating a network of productive relationships in an international matrix environment
