The Nanobioengineering Group at IBEC is seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to support research activities for the "Bioengineering for Personalized Pediatric Oncology" project, part of the VISION project (Advanced Personalized Bioengineered Models for Studies of Metastasis in Developmental Cancers).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities * Maintain mammalian cell cultures and manage cell stocks.

• Organize and maintain stocks of reagents and aliquots.
• Fabricate and validate PDMS devices.
• Assist researchers with experiments such as qRT-PCR, microscopy, and Western blotting.
• Organize and prepare experimental data for the Principal Investigator.
• Manage project-related emails and communications.
• Participate in seminars and team meetings as required.
  
  

Essential Requirements * Degree or Master's in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

• Proven experience in culturing and maintaining mammalian cell lines.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (qRT-PCR, microscopy, Western blotting).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications * Experience in microfabrication, device fabrication, or cleanroom work.

We are seeking a motivated early-career research assistant to study the neuronal circuits of C.

elegans using photoswitchable modulators of neuronal receptors.

The candidate must hold a Master's degree in one of the Biology related disciplines (Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, Cellular or Chemical Biology, etc).

The successful candidate will get a training in molecular physiology of neuronal receptors, photoswitchable molecules handling and neuronal circuits manipulations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a model organism whose research led to 4 Nobel prizes.

The successful applicant will join MINECO financed project DOPAMAP led by Dr Galyna Maleeva that will be developed in collaboration between IBEC – The Institute of Bioengineering of Catalunya (Nanoprobes and Nanoswitches Research Group) and ICFO – The Institute of Photonic Sciences (Neurophotonics and Mechanical Systems Biology Research Group).

Both Institutes belong to the Barcelona Institute of Technology and are leading institutions in the field of biomedical research and photonics.

Buscamos un/a secretario/a con experiencia mínima de 3 años de experiencia, con dominio de inglés, para incorporación inmediata en nuestra oficina de Sevilla.

Funciones:

Realizará las funciones administrativas propias como personal de apoyo de un departamento jurídico con más de 10 profesionales a su cargo:

• gestión de agenda y reservas de viajes,
• seguimiento y filtro de llamadas y archivo documental,
• organización y preparación de reuniones y presentaciones
• supervisión de correspondencia y elaboración de informes y otros documentos de carácter jurídico o administrativo
• alta clientes/asuntos en el programa de gestión.
• gestiones diversas ante organismos públicos y oficiales, entidades bancarias, correos, etc., bien presencialmente, bien a través de plataformas digitales.

Perfil/Requisitos

• Se valorará la experiencia en manejo de Lexnet, web de Registradores, Ventanilla Única de la Junta de Andalucía, Registro Electrónico General del Ministerio de España, web Sede Judicial Electrónica (apud actas).
• Se valorará la experiencia en Despachos de abogados y/o Procuradores.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 como secretario/a de departamento/área o equipo de dirección.
• Formación FP en grado superior de Secretariado, similar o universitaria.

SE REALIZARÁN PRUEBAS TÉCNICAS ESPECÍFICAS PARA CORROBORAR LOS CONOCIMIENTOS INFORMÁTICOS.
