Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Benjamin Moore España, located in Marbella. In this on-site role, you will assist in daily store operations, oversee inventory management, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. You will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, supporting sales, driving customer satisfaction, and assisting the Store Manager in supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address and resolve customer needs.
• Excellent Communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of retail operations and practices is preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
• Experience in a retail or store management role is an advantage.
