ABOUT US
Bridge for Billions is a global social enterprise on a mission to build more inclusive and sustainable economies through early-stage entrepreneurship. We design and run incubation programs for entrepreneurs from all backgrounds and collaborate with local partners to strengthen ecosystems. We believe in fostering local innovation to create jobs, solutions for all, and a more prosperous world.
Recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Ashoka, and Acumen, Bridge for Billions has worked with more than 100 organizations such as Coca-Cola, Novartis, VISA, and institutions like the United Nations or IDB Lab. In just 10 years, we’ve grown to a team of 50+ people from nearly 20 nationalities, headquartered in Madrid, with regional offices in Guatemala City and Nairobi.
ROLE OVERVIEW
At Bridge for Billions, our mission is to democratize access to entrepreneurship support. We are currently building Conecta Academy, a digital educational program designed to empower Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs)—like NGOs and universities—to run their own incubation programs independently.
We are seeking an execution-driven Product Intern to support our Senior Product Manager in bringing this educational syllabus to life. This is a hands-on, highly operational role focused on content management, platform setup, and localization. You will be responsible for uploading learning units to our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring the user journey is flawless before launch.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive team member who doesn't shy away from repetitive tasks and takes pride in delivering high-quality, error-free work. While this is an operational internship, it’s a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in digital product management and digital education within a high-impact social enterprise.
MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS
1. LMS Content Management & Data Entry (60%)
You’ll play a key role in building the actual learning experience for our users. Your attention to detail will ensure the platform is ready for launch.
- Support the Senior Product Manager with the upload of educational content to our LMS.
- Format and log various learning units, including ebooks, quizzes, and workbooks, ensuring zero formatting errors.
- Learn how to navigate and manage the back-end of the platform quickly and autonomously.
2. Content Translation & Localization (30%)
You will help us make this program accessible to our Spanish-speaking partners.
- Place a special emphasis on speeding up the development by translating and adapting content from English to Spanish.
- Review translated texts to ensure they maintain the right tone, clarity, and educational value.
3. Quality Assurance & User Journey (10%)
- Review the end-to-end learning journey on the platform to spot bugs, broken links, or UX frictions before the official launch.

- Background: Open to first-timers. Any degree within social sciences, business, management, or design is welcome.
- Eligibility: Must be a student or recent graduate eligible to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent level of Spanish and an Advanced level of English are strictly required.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfort learning new digital tools quickly. Familiarity with CMS/LMS platforms is a strong plus.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: High accuracy to maintain quality while managing repetitive data-entry and formatting tasks.
Soft Skills:
- Execution-Driven (Grit): You maintain focus, motivation, and a high standard of quality even when handling repetitive, operational tasks.
- Proactivity (Gumption): You are resourceful, able to troubleshoot basic platform issues independently, and learn by doing.
- Start-Up Mindset: Highly collaborative with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a strong interest in social impact.

- Culture Alignment You thrive in a start-up mindset—collaborative, entrepreneurial, and with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude. You embrace responsibility for the outcomes of your work and are comfortable working independently when needed. You take initiative, are results-driven, and always approach interactions with empathy. Your strong emotional intelligence allows you to quickly grasp people’s needs, expectations, and build trust, engagement, and commitment in your relationships. You understand that creating systemic change takes hard work and resilience. You manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
