Role Description
The Partner Hospitality role in Madrid is a full-time, on-site position located in Barcelona. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing hospitality operations, and ensuring seamless coordination of food and beverage services. The Partner Hospitality professional will act as a point of contact for clients and guests, fostering positive interactions across all service levels while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Hospitality and Hospitality Service
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in hotel management, travel, or catering industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
