The Challenge Ahead
CloudTalk is strategically expanding its presence in Tier 1 markets. For this reason, we've assembled a high-impact team in Barcelona and we're now on the lookout for a new Sales Development Representative (SDR).
As an SDR, you will be collaborating with our international team of 40 sales professionals located across Europe and the Americas, your primary responsibility will be connecting with clients globally and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.
You'll be at the forefront of our growth engine, engaging with inbound prospects. Your mission? Forge meaningful relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution can address their challenges.

The Challenge ahead
CloudTalk is building a best-in-class Channel Program — and we're looking for a Senior Channel Manager to help us do that.
You'll step into a focused, early-stage partnerships team with strong foundations and growing momentum. Your mission? Own and grow a portfolio of value-added partners across CEE and Northern Europe, and turn those relationships into consistent, repeatable revenue.
You'll be responsible for recruiting new partners, enabling them to position CloudTalk effectively, and working with them to close their first CloudTalk sales. Experience in the CRM or VoIP ecosystem will serve you well — especially if you've already built relationships in this space.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. We're looking for someone who can manage a partner portfolio with minimal oversight, help us scale both revenue and reach, and move quickly from idea to action.

What you'll focus on:
- Partner Recruitment - Identify, engage, and sign high-potential partners across CEE and Northern Europe
- Partner Activation & Management - Onboard and educate new partners, then work with them to launch their first campaigns and generate traction
- Co-selling & Support - Support partners throughout the sales cycle—from qualification to close—with hands-on help and advice
- Creative Demand Generation - Test and develop new ways to drive demand through partners—whether co-marketing, referrals, outbound plays, or something new
- Feedback Loops - Feed insights back to the team to improve partner experience, positioning, and operations
- Reporting & Forecasting - Track partner performance, revenue contribution, and forecast accurately
You're a commercially minded operator who knows how to make partner relationships deliver results. You've managed channel partners before and know what it takes to activate and scale them. If you've done this in the CRM or VoIP space— and bring existing relationships you can tap into from day one — even better. You're ready to move fast, own your number, and help build something great.
