SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
Location: Barcelona, Spain
As a Supply Chain Planner in our Global Planning Hub, you will build an understanding of supply chain end-to-end and work with within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations. You help us generate and analyse supply chain data, participate in various projects & have a unique opportunity to learn and be part of Supply Chain processes on a global level.
Your main focus:
- Owning and delivering on KPI’s for a tailored scope of products (Service, Inventory, Sustainability)
- Timely delivering production plans, material orders or deployment decisions
- Contributing in Direction Setting meetings with suppliers, factories or markets
- Actioning exceptions (to prevent Out Of Stock or Obsolescence)
- Generating and analysing supply chain data to contribute to business decisions
- Identifying improvement opportunities in processes and operations
- Participating in various projects dedicated to products, portfolio or sourcing changes
The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is a fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team. The team consists of Supply Chain professionals working in various departments, such as:
- Material Planning (raw material and packaging): delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
- Material Supply Management: developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors
- Production planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity levelling.
- Sub-contractor planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
- Distribution planning: in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
- Category Supply Planning: in charge of big data analysis that supports decision-making; leads key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of Inventory.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, we are looking for candidates who:
- Are graduates of Higher Education studies (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics being preferable)
- Have already initial work experience (at least an internship) in some business operations (in Supply Chain is a plus)
- Are fluent in English (this is our working language)
- Possess very good Excel skills (large database management, basic formulas, pivot tables)
- Have some basic command of SAP (preferable)
- Are proactive, curious, and committed to delivering results
- Operate with discipline, outperform under pressure, and are organized
- Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork
- Can demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
- Are interested in learning and developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field

- Trade: In this position, you will support trade marketing and work closely with cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Purchases, and Finance to assure perfect execution in-store for the main retailers.
- You have recently graduated or currently studying at the university, preferably at one of the universities located in Barcelona
- You are able to provide an agreement with the university for at least 6 months
- You are a user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers across multiple markets, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role involves handling a wide range of complex customer issues, delivering exceptional service and resolving enquiries efficiently, whilst working collaboratively with Supply Chain teams.
Core responsibilities:
- First level Customer and Commercial care and support, in local language, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via multiple communication channels, providing information and resolving complex issues, as required.
- Lead the resolution of escalated issues, troubleshoot complex problems and provide innovative solutions to customers.
- Order management of all order types to invoice for customer groups, ensuring invoices are stored appropriately.
- Synchronize daily operations with Planning and Logistics to ensure optimization of product and requested delivery dates are met and track actual delivery dates of customer orders with Transportation teams.
- Provide order and volume insights to Planning, Logistics and Transportation.
- Ensure procedures and documentation are followed and provide suggested improvements to leaders, considering reoccurring customer issues or trends that you have identified.
- Document customer interactions within the relevant systems.
- Coordinate with SSC Credit Management for blocked orders, escalating when the release schedule is not met.
- Management of returns and refusals including analysis, processing and follow up in coordination with SCC).
- Revenue recognition: provide documentation as needed during month end revenue recognition reconciliations.
- Coach and train Customer Service Representatives as necessary on systems and processes and support with the onboarding of new starters.
- Lead team projects and initiatives as required.

The Customer Services Representative will liaise with various stakeholders, such as:

- Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a Supply Chain, Customer Service or Business Administration discipline.
- Customer Service experience with a strong track record of resolving diverse, and complex, issues.
- CRM or other advanced Customer Service software user.
- Technical understanding, and proficiency, of SAP for order processing and query management.
- Strong analytical skills.

We’re looking for Students to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona. The Planning Hub is responsible for Luxury and Consumer Beauty products worldwide. Our responsibilities cover most of the supply chain functions, such as: material sourcing, production planning, product distribution, new product development (initiatives planning), inventory management, master data management. English is our work language.
THE ROLE
This internship supports various teams in our Global Supply Chain Planning Hub. This is a unique opportunity to get the knowledge of supply chain end-to-end on a global level, work within a truly multifunctional and international team on challenging projects and daily operations. Within this role you will be able to learn planning processes, participate in daily business, generate, and analyze data to contribute to decision making, identify savings, productivity, and process improvement opportunities.
What You Will Bring
