Resumen del rol:

El gerente de proyectos planificará, dirigirá y garantizará el resultado exitoso de los proyectos utilizando los equipos de proyecto asignados, así como los estándares, prácticas y conjuntos de herramientas establecidos dentro de Flowserve.

Trabajará directamente con las partes interesadas internas y externas para garantizar que toda la actividad del proyecto se informe regularmente al cliente y se realice de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas acordadas y los términos y condiciones del proyecto.

Su rol:

• Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad por la ejecución total del proyecto, el desempeño y la seguridad (desde el inicio del proyecto hasta su finalización) en todos los proyectos asignados.
• Impulsar mejores relaciones con los clientes mediante la creación de un entorno de trabajo libre de circunstancias o percepciones desfavorables para cualquiera de las partes, que cumpla o supere las expectativas de desempeño del cliente.
• Garantizar un "orden limpio" antes del inicio del trabajo en un proyecto asignado y utilizar el sistema de gestión de cambios para controlar el alcance del trabajo y el costo asociado, durante la vida del proyecto.
• Coordinar las actividades de todos los informes matriciales (por proyecto).
• Responsable de gestionar las expectativas de gasto en cada proyecto asignado.
• Comunicar a todas las partes involucradas los hitos del proyecto, las actualizaciones de estado, así como cualquier problema de escalamiento existente o potencial del cliente.
• Siga los procesos de escalamiento adecuados y asuma la responsabilidad general de todos los informes. Experiencia en gestión de programas y proyectos.
• Otras tareas que se le asignen.

Su perfil:

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería en el campo relevante (ingeniería)
• Capacidad para hablar inglés fluido
• Disponibilidad para trabajar 3 días en la planta de Coslada
• Excelentes habilidades de estimación, programación y presupuestación
• Experiencia comprobada en gestión de riesgos y cambios
• Se prefiere experiencia en capacitación Greenbelt, Blackbelt o Lean
• Experiencia en equipos rotativos Adaptabilidad, flexibilidad y proactividad.
• Excelentes habilidades de presentación, comunicación oral y escrita, incluida la experiencia en la facilitación de reuniones y talleres.
• Habilidades para la formación de equipos, resolución de problemas y resolución de conflictos.
• Experiencia en el uso de Microsoft Office.

You will act as the global SAP Finance lead for an international manufacturing company, reporting to the Global SAP Lead. The main responsibility is providing solutions & enterprise enablement for the business on SAP FI, SAP CO, VIM and RAR in a multinational company.

Your role:

• You will be involved in the delivery of SAP project implementations in various regions
• You will align with the Flowserve Global Business Process Standardization and corporate policies governance and statutory Requirements
• You will be responsible for areas of the Finance thread on our S4/program, with focus at minimum on the following SAP modules: FI (Finance) & CO (Controlling), VIM/Open Text and RAR (Revenue accounting & recognition)
• You will be responsible for functionally & process quality of SAP & the Implementation and improvement project life cycles
• You will work closely with the production support team, SAP Consultants/Business Analysts, and numerous regional & Global business partners.
  
  

• Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science required.
• Excellent English and Spanish - oral and written communication skills required.
• Critical problem-solving skills are a must.
• Working experience on similar capacity for more than 7 years with at least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles.
• Subject Matter Expert for VIM/Open Text on S4.
• Subject Matter Expert for RAR Revenue Accounting and Recognition on S4.
• Subject Matter Expert for FI / CO Finance Accounting & Controlling on S4 (including FI-GL New-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, IM, CO-CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC).
• Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution.
• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team Player, responsive, organized.
• Willing to travel when required, up to 25-50% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
