In order to continually provide a fresh perspective for our clients, GDI screens each mystery shopper job application on an ongoing basis.

Become a Mystery Shopper

Mystery Shoppers:

Performing mystery shops is a great way for you to make additional income while helping companies enhance their level of customer service. GDI offers many mystery shop assignments each month across more than a dozen hotels. GDI seeks individuals with a keen eye, who are extremely conscientious and responsible in honoring their commitments. Successful GDI mystery shoppers will be able to meet deadlines, follow detailed instructions, and write fact-based reports to provide our clients with actionable data.

Minimum, Mystery Shopper and Exit Interviewer Criteria

Must have good written communication skills

Must be able to focus on details

Must have full internet access (at home or at work)

Must have a hotel background

Role Responsibilities

• You need to evaluate all the areas of the hotel.
• Once the audit is completed, you will need to complete a detailed report online.
• The report will highlight strengths and opportunities for improvement
