About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager fluent in German to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery
- Track account performance and provide regular reporting
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- EU citizenship OR
- Valid work permit for Spain
