A pioneering deep-tech company based in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in funding and grants to support their cutting-edge R&D programmes. This role sits at the heart of their innovation strategy, supporting the full lifecycle of development opportunities through expertly managed public funding.

Working across teams including R&D, Finance, and Legal, the Project Manager will take the lead on identifying relevant national and European funding calls, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring successful grant delivery through meticulous project tracking and reporting. You’ll also be the key point of contact for funding bodies and consortia partners—helping secure and manage essential resources that fuel scientific and technical breakthroughs.

Candidates should bring a solid understanding of EU and national funding frameworks (such as Horizon Europe, EIC, or CDTI), combined with the following

• Strong project management experience in a science or tech-led environment.
• A background in STEM (ideally MSc or PhD) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
