At Frog, we design digitally-enabled products, services, and experiences that improve the way people live, work, and interact. Our Experience Designers combine service design, interaction design, and visual design to create holistic solutions—from early ideation to detailed product design.

As part of the Customer First community within Capgemini Invent, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside strategists, technologists, and industry experts to bring impactful experiences to life.

Role Description

We are looking for Experience Designers who are passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the full design process, sometimes leading experience design activities within cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate on projects that involve:

• Analysing existing solutions and identifying opportunity areas
• Conducting user research, interviews, testing, and insight synthesis
• Mapping current and future experiences through journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystem maps
• Defining digital product concepts and convergent experiences
• Designing interaction flows, wireframes, screens, and prototypes
• Creating narratives that ring the experience vision to life
• Documenting requirements and guidelines for implementation
• Supporting client workshops and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring smooth handover and team enablement through documentation and training

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across strategy, design, and technology, and who wants to make a meaningful impact on both users and businesses.

Who Are You?

• You have experience or strong interest in experience design, UX/UI, service design, or digital product design.
• You are confident planning and delivering design activities within multi-disciplinary teams.
• You bring strong visual, interaction, and/or service design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• You feel comfortable presenting and telling the story behind your design decisions.
• You are proficient with contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• You have the ability to work effectively in international environments and communicate in English.
• You are collaborative, curious, and passionate about designing solutions that meet both functional and emotional needs.

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Academic background in design, HCI, visual communication, behavioral sciences, or similar.
• Experience working across different environments (agency, corporate, startup).
• Unique life or professional experiences that enrich your design perspective.
