ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an individual interested in seasonal work through the busy exam period from the beginning of May to the end of June to assist the school as part of our team of exam invigilators.

This is an opportunity for anyone who is seeking flexible part-time working hours; candidates will be able to specify the days and times they are available for work. The purpose of this role is to implement examination procedures and ensure the proper conduct of examination candidates. You must have good spoken and written English as you will need to be able to understand and adhere to UK examination board regulations and be able to effectively communicate instructions to candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To implement examination procedures and ensure the proper conduct of examination candidates.
• You will be part of a team responsible for setting up exam rooms for both paper and on-screen examinations.
• Collecting, distributing and returning papers, and the set up and over seeing of on screen sittings, ensuring all rules and regulations are followed.
  
  

• You must have good spoken and written English.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills, an outstanding attendance and punctuality record with the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
