We are hiring a Performance Creative Manager to own the full creative lifecycle of short-form performance content (video and image) that drives sales and virality across TikTok, Meta (Reels & Feed), and YouTube Shorts.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a creative performance operator who thrives on fast iteration, experimentation, and translating data into content that performs.

How you will contribute
First and foremost, we are a performance-driven company, so a passion for testing, iteration, and creative growth is key.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
Performance Creative (Hands-On)
Develop and execute performance-focused creative strategies for short-form video and image content across TikTok, Meta (Reels & Feed), and YouTube Shorts.
Turn customer insights, objections, and benefits into compelling hooks, angles, scripts, and briefs.
Create and adapt static and motion-based image creatives (carousels, thumbnails, screenshots, before/after, etc.) to support winning video concepts.
Oversee the editing and adaptation of UGC and creator content into multiple performance variants (formats, durations, hooks, CTAs).
Ensure a constant flow of ready-to-test creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency while prioritizing performance and speed.
Creator & UGC Management
Source, vet, and manage micro-creators and UGC talent aligned with our D2C brands (health, beauty, wellness, lifestyle).
Coordinate outreach, briefings, deadlines, and deliverables.
Provide clear creative feedback to continuously improve quality and performance.
Manage and secure Spark / whitelist / creator handle access for paid amplification.
Data, Testing & Optimization
Collaborate with media buyers to design creative testing roadmaps.
Track and analyze creative performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, scroll-stop rate, view-through rate).
Identify patterns in top-performing creatives and translate them into new frameworks and iterations.
Maintain a testing and learning loop to continuously improve creative results.
Trend Monitoring & Market Insights
Monitor social platforms, competitors, and trends to uncover insights that inspire hooks, narratives, and creative formats.
Stay on top of the latest social media trends, actively following platforms like TikTok and Reels.
Quickly act on emerging trends to turn them into paid creatives and organic content.
AI & Process Optimization
Use AI tools to enhance creative ideation, scripting, and variations.
Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, volume, and consistency.
Refine templates and workflows to ensure a scalable creative pipeline.
What you will need to succeed in this role
Proven experience in a Performance Creative / UGC / Content role, working directly with D2C brands — this is essential, not a bonus.
Demonstrated success producing short-form content (video and image) for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Deep understanding of direct-response principles: hooks, angles, social proof, objection handling, and clear CTAs.
Strong experience with creators / influencers / UGC talent management.
Data-driven mindset: able to interpret results and turn insights into creative actions.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, Canva/Figma).
Fluent or near-native English (Spanish is a plus).
Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors.
Hands-on experience with Meta / TikTok Ads.
Background in Spark Ads / whitelisting workflows.
Naturally curious and passionate about consumer psychology, storytelling, and emerging trends.
Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and processes (e.g., Creatify, Sora, V03, Runway ML, Descript, CapCut AI features, OpusClip, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

Job description:
We are seeking a Junior PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will launch, manage, and optimize high-budget PPC e-commerce campaigns for both our proprietary brands and affiliate brands in the Health and Wellness sectors.
Key responsibilities are the following:
PPC Research:
Product Research: Conduct research for new products, including keyword analysis, competitive benchmarking, and offer evaluation.
Keyword & Market Analysis: Identify the best-performing keywords and market opportunities by assessing competition, search volume, and CPCs.
Offer Evaluation: Research and assess the potential of offers in the PPC market to determine feasibility and profitability.
Campaign Creation & Launch:
Campaign Setup: Create, configure, and launch PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to bids, keywords, and ad copy to optimise results.
Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion and event tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Openhermes to monitor ROI and performance.
Site Structure & Content Review:
Review Site Setup: Collaborate with content writers to review content, links, and site structure on comparison sites before launching campaigns.
Ensure Alignment: Ensure that the content and site setup are aligned with PPC campaigns for seamless integration and optimised performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Optimisation Decisions: Use data-driven insights to make optimization decisions, including adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
Reporting: Create detailed campaign performance reports using Supermetrics and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Partner Communication:
Offer Management: Maintain open communication with partners to ensure that all offers are functioning correctly and resolve any issues promptly.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners to monitor offer performance and optimise for better results.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
PPC Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry news, tools, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Proactive Strategy Suggestions: Actively suggest and test new strategies to scale accounts, improve performance, and stay competitive in the market.
Account Scaling: Use analytical insights to identify scaling opportunities and suggest strategies to grow accounts performance.
What we’re looking for:
1-2 years in PPC for e-commerce, ideally in competitive sectors, with expertise in Google Ads and Bing Search.
Proven experience managing campaigns with structured budgets and performance goals.
Strong data-driven approach with excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, SEMrush, and Supermetrics.
Solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance optimization strategies.
Up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, with a keen interest in continuous learning.
Attention to detail & multitasking: Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points: Experience with product comparison/review sites, especially in the Health & Wellness sector.
Curiosity & proactiveness: Always eager to test new tools, strategies, and creative approaches to improve performance.
Language Skills: Advanced English (C1 or higher) is required. Spanish is a plus.
