What You'll Do

THE ROLE

As part of BCG X’s product business, you will become a member of the SmartBanking AI / CO2 FI product team, focusing on a new AI-based product offering in the climate and sustainability space, aimed at helping financial institutions in their climate action journey. You will use your data engineering and software development capabilities as well as expertise in the banking industry to drive product development and ensure successful customization and deployment on client projects. Prior exposure to risk modelling is desirable, and knowledge of climate frameworks and standards, like PACTA, PCAF, SBTi, etc. will be a plus.

As part of the CO2 FI product team, consisting of software and data engineering experts as well as topics experts, you will become a product expert to represent CO2 FI on BCG X client projects, support project team members as well as maintain the core product and develop new features. You might be required to travel for work (10%).

You have a good mix of tech and consulting skills, solving challenges with a solution-oriented approach and with the client’s impact in focus. Your strong product mindset complements and supports consulting teams to build lasting software solutions. Demonstrated prior experience of working on data driven software products or analytics engagements, ideally for financial institutions clients, is a plus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop and deliver cutting-edge sustainability solutions for BCG clients.

• Deliver CO2 FI on BCG projects and leverage the highly customizable Python-based framework of the software to create solutions tailored to client’s unique requirements.
• Become a product expert and the go-to person on client projects that utilize CO2 FI.
• Support clients on using CO2 FI and provide topic expertise to business users.
• Coordinate technical and data requirements with client IT teams and ensure seamless integration into client IT landscapes.
  
  

Drive product development.

• Maintain and extend the Python-based CO2 FI product platform. This includes software development as well as curation and provisioning of data sets, since CO2 FI heavily utilizes 3rd party data sources.
• Take ownership for the development of new product features in close alignment with the product owner & working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Stay up to date with latest developments of global sustainability frameworks in banking ensuring a cutting-edge software product.

What You'll Bring

• Preferred Master´s degree with demostrated with high academic achievement, preferable in quantitative science (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering), other data/analytical centric disciplines, or business adminstration (with a focus in Finance or Economics and relevant exposure to quantitative analytics)
• 0-3 years of experience working in a consulting environment

Job Purpose

Analyse, update and control daily and cyclical performance data and updates for aircraft operations within the Flight Operations Department, adhering to international aviation regulations and company standards, to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all flights.

Main Accountabilitie

• Download, process, and analyse daily updates of airport databases, categorising differences related to distances, elevations, obstacles, and procedures.
• Identify and evaluate NOTAMs affecting airport operations, determining their impact on performance related parameters.
• Collaborate with the navigation engineering team in reviewing and categorising changes in airport cartography every 28 days.
• Receive, analyse, and verify changes in the Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS) database, determining their relevance to operations.
• Collect and process data related to engine performance degradation, integrating it into a monthly performance factor calculation.
• Assist specialists in drafting and updating technical manuals and procedural documentation in both English and Spanish.

Finance Business Partner

The opportunity

The Finance Business Partner will be part of the Finance Business Partner team, Insurance Division, who is the ‘face of finance’ to embed financial metrics & considerations into key underwriting decisions & support the performance of each business line. The position will report into the Senior Finance Business Partner, Insurance. You can expect to get involved on a wide range of topics: from business case development for geographical and product expansion to technology development, process improvement reviews, industry practices set-up or the development & implementation of the future Operating model & organizational structures.

Your new role

• Part of the development the Finance strategy across function or division of QBE, proactively steering change & assisting senior management with decision making in driving the business through an analytical lens.
• Drive business results by ensuring the delivery of the financial planning and reforecasting processes across the division’s income and cost base are accurate and timely.
• Challenge plans to ensure delivery within budgets and work with senior management to identify and implement growth & cost saving initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with the wider Finance team to continually update and improve all management reporting including design of new reporting, adaptation of existing reporting and establishing best practice.
• Manage the delivery of full monthly commentary, analysis and communication of managed results across the respective function / division, including but not limited to: Management Account (Analysis of current year premium movements against plan and providing insights using various management reporting tools, claims, commissions including Current/prior year review and LAC splits) , Cell review, Expense budget.
• Develop strong relationships and credibility with function / division’s leadership and act as a trusted business adviser on matters relating to finance
• Contribute to the attainment of the team's operating plan to maximise productivity and performance.
• Provide advice and support to senior leaders to develop their understanding and management of the financial aspects of their business.

Como Analista De Validación De Rodaje (AVR) , Tu Misión Será Pilotar Los Ensayos De Rodaje Más Complejos, Encargarte De La Preparación y Seguimiento De Los Ensayos

• 🗂️ Ser responsable de cumplimiento riguroso de las medidas de confidencialidad durante el rodaje.
• 📋 Certificar y garantizar la buena realización de los ensayos frente al referencial.
• 📥 Configurar los módulos de seguimiento (GPS) así como los equipos de registro.
• 🔍 Conocer en profundidad el referencial de ensayos de rodaje.
• 🔄 Realizar los informes de ensayo
• 📝 Realizar las peticiones de medios necesarios para los ensayos (bancos de rodillo, banco motor, BAC)

Tus funciones principales

Como miembro de nuestro equipo de Auditoría, podrás participar en servicios y proyectos diferentes como: auditorías de cuentas financieras, informes especiales requeridos por la legislación vigente, revisiones de estados financieros, normas contables internacionales o salidas a Bolsa.

Coordinarás los equipos de trabajo asignados

Requisitos:

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, proactividad e iniciativa, orientación al cliente.

Experiencia en gestión de equipos de trabajo

Motivación y capacidad de crecimiento y desarrollo constante, en un entorno competitivo

Requisitos imprescindibles

Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar y dobles titulaciones relacionadas.

Al menos tres años de experiencia en empresa de Servicios profesionales como auditor externo

Nivel de inglés alto (mínimo B2).

Disponibilidad para viajar

Dominio del paquete Office (Word, Excel y Power Point)

Requisitos deseables

Formación de postgrado en Auditoría de Cuentas

Normativa contable internacional

Valoramos conocimientos en otros idiomas

Experiencia requerida

Experiencia en ingeniería de tejidos y terapias avanzadas, biología molecular y celular (Western Blot, ELISA, ensayos con cultivos celulares de líneas primarias y establecidas). Gestión de la actividad científica de programas de investigación. Experiencia en la identificación y elaboración de propuestas para los Programas de Ayudas al I+D+i de las administraciones públicas e instituciones privadas, Identificación y evaluación de resultados de investigación e ideas innovadoras. Gestión de patentes y otros derechos de propiedad industrial e intelectual. Identificación de convocatorias de proyectos internacionales de investigación.
