Ensure the development of commercial activity by delivering high‑value intralogistics solutions, contributing to excellent customer experience, strengthening the existing customer portfolio, and identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. The role requires strong technical‑commercial capability, particularly in parcel automation, the ability to interpret and guide basic data analysis for solution definition, and close collaboration with solution designers, development engineers and regional specialists.
The Sales Manager will lead customer engagement end‑to‑end, present accurate and competitive technical‑commercial proposals, and safeguard the company’s commercial, technical and financial interests.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities Will Be As Follows
- Define and ensure implementation of sales strategy, policies and guidelines, in line with the overall business strategy of the assigned organizational unit.
- Define key markets and supports definition and identification of key customers.
- Ensure an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (SCM, PM, ENG, H&S, HR and FIN)
- Coordinate the sales proposals with bid management department
- Head overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff.
- Drive and monitor key market development programs.
- English professional skills is a must, additionally German is valuable.
- Experience in sales in intralogistics

We are looking for a Business & Project Controller to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner for both the business and our project organization, ensuring financial transparency, profitability control and sound decision-making across cost centers and complex automation projects.
You will report directly to the local CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performance across cost centers and business units, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning processes.
- Lead financial monitoring of automation and supply chain projects, including margin analysis, revenue recognition, WIP and cost control.
- Act as a finance business partner to project and operational teams, identifying risks and supporting corrective actions.
- Support the financial evaluation of bids and commercial proposals.
- Deliver financial reporting and performance analysis to local leadership and Group management.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and alignment with Group reporting standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and continuous improvement of financial processes within the SAP environment.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
- MBA or advanced financial qualification is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of local GAAP (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling skills.
- Experience working in project-based or industrial environments is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering and commercial teams.
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working.
