Junior Cyber Security Analyst (Remote-First | Early Career)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, globally trusted fintech supporting over 500 financial institutions worldwide.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career Cyber professional to join a supportive, high-performing team where learning, mentoring, and hands-on exposure come as standard.

You’ll help “watch their back” — supporting Security Operations, vulnerability management, access control, and governance. Working closely with Engineering and reporting into the CISO, you’ll contribute across the full lifecycle: from design through to production. While remote-first, occasional in-person collaboration is expected.

What you’ll do

• Monitor SIEM alerts and support incident response
• Assist with EDR/XDR, firewalls, DAST/SAST, MDM and DLP
• Run vulnerability scans and support remediation
• Manage RBAC, MFA and SSO
• Support ISO27001 / SOC2 compliance and security awareness
• Document runbooks, incidents and processes

What we’re looking for

• Understanding of networks, SIEM, endpoint security and core cyber concepts
• Familiarity with Mac/Linux
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
• Excellent written and spoken English — clear communication is essential
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive

Bonus: cloud/Kubernetes exposure, scripting, certifications, or fintech experience.

Salary: Up to €50,000 plus benefits
