We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our team on-site in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within an international fashion brand and gain hands-on experience in wholesale operations, sales support, and global account management. The role has strong long-term potential, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position after an initial period.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Support day-to-day wholesale operations

· Handle communication and follow-up with our international partners

· Coordinate sample shipments and prepare materials for agents during campaign seasons

· Help build and maintain relationships with retailers and agents

· Assist at international trade shows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Strong communication skills

· Passion for fashion and wholesale

· Comfortable with Excel and basic data management

· Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Availability to travel between July and October (London, Copenhagen, Paris)

MUST-HAVES

· Based in Barcelona

· Available to start ASAP
