We are looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team on the Orihuela Costa. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate and excellent administrative and communication skills. They will maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times. Be proficient in English literature and be able to work at a fast pace, working to targets, while able to prioritise their workload. If you're fluent in English with an advanced/fluent level of Spanish and some real estate experience, we'd love to have you on board.
Tasks
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing all-around sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, dealing with ongoing sales enquiries, arranging appointments, and providing the highest standard of customer care. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills.
You must be a self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person who can work well within a small team environment. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and take feedback given.
Requirements
This demanding and important administration role requires a confident, self-motivated and dynamic professional who can consistently deliver with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team as this role requires the running of the office whilst sales staff are attending viewings with clients.
Our ideal candidate will be presentable at all times with an interest for property and previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
It is ESSENTIAL that they be fluent in both English and Spanish, other languages are a bonus.

We are looking for a talented Sales and Listings Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Fluent English is required, advanced Spanish. French or German is a plus.
This is a full-time, employed position, with a 40-hour indefinite contract. You'll receive a great salary, plus commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for. You'll already have a good knowledge of the areas of Dehesa De Campoamor, Cabo Roig, and ALL of the Orihuela Costa.
Tasks
As a Sales and listing agent, you'll conduct viewings on our properties to pre-qualified clients, answer any questions, and provide professional service with feedback given to the office and vendors on all viewings and any actions/offers. Additionally, you'll attend clients’ properties offering your expertise in providing up-to-date market valuations for more listings.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and regulations.
- Attend networking events and meetings to promote the company and its services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Keep the new build developments up to date on our website, arranging new collaborations with non-existing developers.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with our vendors, and scheduling activity reports/price revisions periodically.
- Attend market appraisals/listings, ensuring accurate market valuations are given, paperwork and photos (camera provided) inputting creative descriptions of the listing and photos onto our back office system, erecting for sale boards / sold signs.
