Tareas:

Planificar y hacer cumplir la programación diaria del departamento, en caso de no poder cumplirse informar las causas al Jefe de planificacion de la producción de Sala y Envasado.
Análisis de incidencias y propuestas de mejora.
Asignar correctamente el personal disponible para la buena ejecución y marcha de la producción diaria.
Gestión y toma de acciones sobre indicadores de calidad y normas IFS.
Mantener el orden y organización del departamento.
Junto al jefe de planificacion de la producción de Sala y Envasado realizar la evaluación del desempeño de los jefes de línea y encargados.
Definir protocolos y rutinas que aporten orden y claridad(checklist, partes de trabajo, indicadores..)
Detectar necesidades de formación del personal y promover el desarrollo del equipo.
Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.
