Our C&B department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About your role:
1.Support in managing employee benefits such as meal assistance (monthly meal allowance, card management, etc.), executive cars…
2.Providing Technical-Administrative support in salary offers, letters, or certificates
3.Monitoring the incorporation of foreign employees in Spain (Relocation) with various providers:
- Monitoring immigration services (Visa, NIE…)
- Searching for temporary apartments/hotels
- Tickets at the time of incorporation
- Moving: approval of supplier.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
About you:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in something related to Human Resources, Business Administration or similar roles
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
- High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs: high Excel level

Our Collection Merchandising department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About your role:
The candidate will support the team throughout the development of the collection and in the preparation of the buying session. Main functions for this position will be:
- Follow-up the development of the collection in constant exchange with development team
- Prepare the documents and tools for the monitoring of the collection (Overviews, Collection Plan, Line List, Price List, Samples review ..)
- Analyse and monitor competitive environment through product and price benchmarks
- Revise in detail the information on PLM (names, descriptions, prices etc) and share the Line List with all departments
- Organize and prepare photo shooting, training and all documents needed for the buying session

Production Planner

We are looking for a Production Planner for Leather Goods and Accessories to join our Production team. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, you will be based in Madrid (Getafe).
Your role will be:
- Collect and challenge Finished Goods Workshops capacity assumptions, identify with them potential capacity levers
- Ensure Production Planning Master Data reliability (completeness, consistency, alignment with actuals)
- Define novelties ramp-up plan with workshops and follow-up workshop efficiency ramp-up
- Assess impact of planning in terms of finished products availability at central Distribution Centre level, and alert Head of Production Planning in case of major impact (projected shortage, overstock)
- Be the entry point for Supply Chain Teams (in charge of Demand and Distribution Planning) on topics linked to Finished Product availability at Central DC on their segment
- Share and follow-up production plan with workshops
- Understand workshops production organization and planning processes, identify/define and follow-up workshop maturity improvement action plan
- Follow-up and challenge workshop KPIs
What is important for the role:
- Proven experience as a production planner, ideally in Luxury and Fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and MRP principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Critical thinking to challenge workshop organization, processes, and announced capacity
- Pro-activity and reactivity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
