As Client Advisor, you will ensure that our client service expectations are exceeded in a personable, playful, and engaging way, enabling you to deliver your individual and team goals.
This is a temporary contract.
Your role will be:
- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Connect with clients in an engaging emotional way to provide an exceptional and memorable client experience.
- Engage with all clients and develop long lasting relationships.
- Maintain relations with clients through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and transmit our brand history and heritage.
- Highlight our product categories through your product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop and grow your client book, updating client information on the relevant company tools.
- Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of house.
- Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures including LOEWE’s standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

Our Omnichannel & Client department is looking for an intern to join and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About the role:
- Perform weekly content updates across all LOEWE.COM versions using our CMS.
- Develop comprehensive content requests to showcase the narrative of each collection, product launch, and cultural event.
- Manage content translations by coordinating with translation agencies and local teams, then uploading them to the web platform.
- Organize the content pool for each product drop to determine optimal PLP (Product Listing Page) layouts for each launch.
- Proactively identify and report website component improvements and potential errors.
- Collaborate with the LOEWE Foundation to ensure timely content updates for www.craftprize.loewe.com, based on their requirements and schedule.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You have to be currently enrolled in studies related to Marketing and communications
- You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- Our internships run for 6-12 months, and the hours will generally be 09.00-18.30 Mondays to Thursdays and 09.00-15.00 on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support to the value of €800/900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
About you:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Digital Content , E-commerce or any other related field.
- Great attention to detail, agile and highly organized in your work
- High level of both Spanish and English (spoken and written), any other languages definitely a plus

As Marketing Intern EMEA, you will support the Marketing Managers of Europe, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of retail marketing initiatives. From campaign execution and market research to sample shoot coordination and event support, you'll contribute to initiatives that strengthen LOEWE’s brand presence and business growth across the region.
Your role will be:
- Produce marketing slides for all Europe projects launch deck
- Be the point of contact for Europe Team on all marketing related topic
- Ensure a smooth and efficient relationship with the Central marketing team
- Support on Europe marketing projects/events
- Support on administrative tasks to improve workflow
- Create marketing kits and send out of collection info to retail partners
- Managing samples and marketing assets coordination with retail partners
- Help on finding, selecting and managing other marketing activities
- Weekly reports
- Benchmark key competitors
- Position interactions: Strong interaction with EMEA CRM Team, other EMEA Team members and HQ Marketing Team.
What is important for the role:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Marketing.
- Great organization skills attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
- High level of English, any other languages are definitely a plus.
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs, especially Power Point and Excel.
- You must be eligible for an internship and, ideally, be able to sign an internship agreement with your University.
