In this crucial role, you’ll lead candidate engagement and assessment for senior-level roles, becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike. Collaborating closely with our Engagement Managers and Principals, you’ll drive impactful searches that help leading global organizations thrive.

We’re a 20-person team working across industries such as CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, and founder-led organizations. From Barcelona, we serve clients worldwide, from South Africa to Vietnam and the US.
