About The Company
The Best of Both Worlds
At Maisa, we believe great work happens when people have the freedom to choose the setup that works best for them.
Prefer the flexibility of remote work? You’re welcome to work remotely. Most of our roles are currently focused on Spain, although depending on the position and profile, we may be open to hiring from other locations.
Looking for some social energy? Our hybrid setup gives you the option to connect and work alongside teammates at our hubs in Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and Murcia. And as we grow, our spaces will grow with us: when we build a team of more than 10 people in a location, our ambition is to create a hub there too.
We also want the time we spend together in person to be worth it. Today, that includes weekly transportation from the city center to our Valencia headquarters and weekly team lunches in Valencia and Barcelona, with more experiences to come as our teams and hubs evolve.
The Culture is OURS to Create
We’re still shaping how we work together—and that’s part of what makes joining Maisa now specifically exciting.
Everyone who joins has the opportunity to influence how we collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Rather than inheriting a finished playbook, you’ll have a voice in creating it.
Remote when you want flexibility. Together when you want connection. And a culture you can help shape from day one.
About The Role
We're seeking an AI Automation Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll take solution designs from the Solutions Architect and bring them to life, building, testing, and deploying Digital Workers in Maisa Studio. You own everything from first configuration through go-live and handover to operations. You're measured by what ships, not what's planned.
What You'll Do...
Build and Configure
- Implement Digital Worker configurations in Maisa Studio based on technical specifications from the Solutions Architect
- Configure integrations including APIs, connectors, and data flows as defined in the solution design
- Raise specification gaps or feasibility issues early; don't wait, don't assume
- Own and execute UAT with production data, documenting results and resolving defects
- Certify that Digital Workers meet defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect during UAT to confirm the build matches the designed experience
- Manage go-live deployment following established procedures
- Hand over to operations with complete documentation: configuration details, known limitations, runbooks, and support notes
- Ensure operational teams have everything they need to maintain the Digital Worker post-launch
- Partner closely with the Solutions Architect; ask questions, challenge assumptions, flag risks early
- Provide effort estimates to support the Architect's scoping and delivery planning
- Share reusable configurations, shortcuts, and lessons learned with the broader engineering team
- Support fellow engineers when they hit blockers; team delivery matters more than individual output
- Demonstrable experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations in a delivery context
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly, with evidence of working across multiple tools
- Ability to ship under pressure without sacrificing reliability; pragmatic, not perfectionist
- Strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation
- Hands-on experience applying AI in practical contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

About The Role
We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clear that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define the what and why; the engineer handles the how.
What You'll Do...
Discovery and Analysis
- Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, uncovering automation opportunities and mapping end-to-end workflows
- Document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential
- Gather and structure business requirements, constraints, and dependencies
- Design TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers, defining where and how automation delivers value
- Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case in collaboration with the client and delivery team
- Create clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings
- Validate that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives
- Hand off specifications to AI Automation Engineers via formal design review, with no ambiguity and no assumptions left undocumented
- Remain available during the build phase to clarify design intent and resolve specification questions
- Review completed Digital Workers against the original design to confirm business objectives are met
- Participate in UAT alongside the engineer to validate the solution matches the designed experience
- Own the client relationship throughout the engagement, translating between business and technical audiences
- Scope and estimate work under time pressure, iterating as requirements evolve
- Validate scope, assumptions, and feasibility on handoffs from pre-sales
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence the roadmap
- Build reusable solution patterns, templates, and documentation that raise the bar for the whole team
- Contribute to SOWs, change requests, and technical delivery documentation
- Demonstrable experience in consultancy across solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant top company
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations
- Demonstrated ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot
- Strong process mapping skills, comfortable with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies
- Ability to produce technical specifications that engineering teams can execute against without ambiguity
- Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT
- Strong communication skills, able to hold credibility with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience scoping and estimating project work, including with imperfect information
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field
