Marketing at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand’s visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management. As a Brand and Communication Officer, reporting to our Head of Employer Branding, you will get a unique overview of key communication topics, being in charge of internal and external communication for our different brands and ensuring seamless coordination.
Your missions
In this position, you will get a unique overview of the key communication topic, being in charge of internal and external communication for our different brands and ensuring seamless coordination.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Produce internal and external social media posts (LinkedIn, Viva Engage etc.) for our different brands and for the top management, ensuring vibrant content on social media. Manage weekly updates, monthly articles, and newsletters to foster community and share insights both for internal and external communication.
- Update presentations, develop communication templates and create brand videos to ensure a high-quality corporate content.
- Study and analyse trends related to brand management, both inside and outside our ecosystem, to identify what makes sense for us.
- Help and support the entire team on cross-cutting subjects, allowing you to discover all the stakes of marketing and communication.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools
- Strong interest about branding, social media management and marketing. A first experience in advertising or branding agency is a plus
- Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability and precision
- Perfect oral and writing skills in professional English and French native
- Proactive and team player attitude; good organization and time management skills
- Well-versed in AI today, mastering different tools related to marketing and generative AI, and a strong interest in learning even more about this subject

Job Description
As an Internal Communication Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Mantu’s internal communication strategy. Working closely with your manager, the Marketing team, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to creating engaging content, managing communication campaigns, and ensuring a seamless flow of information across the organization.
This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to impactful communication initiatives that drive employee engagement and alignment with the Group’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation and management
- Manage and coordinate the internal communication calendar for Viva Engage and the Homepage
- Proactively create engaging content for internal communications, including:
- Writing and publishing updates on Viva Engage
- Writing and publishing articles for the HomePage
- Crafting engaging email communications for key announcements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brands and departments to plan and deliver communication campaigns on key topics such as AI, sustainability, and cybersecurity or upon request
- Ensure content aligns with Mantu’s brand identity, tone of voice, and strategic objectives
- Create communication assets and slides for quarterly updates on Group news
- Support hub/office managers with content coordination for local events, Q&A sessions, and office engagement activities, ensuring Group messages are effectively relayed
- Relay communications assets for display in the office (posters, TV) to leverage physical communications
- Contribute to the integrated report writing
- Support the updating of corporate assets available on the Brandcenter (corporate presentation, message platform, boilerplate, etc.)
- Assist the review and evolution of the corporate assets library brandcenter for a more user-friendly and reliable tool and better asset visibility and usage
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives with defined and appropriate KPIs, using data to optimize impact
- Conduct research on emerging trends in internal communication and corporate marketing
- Perform regular benchmark analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
